We wanted an accomodation in the city that could house us comfortably, allow us to be able to access to convenience store. As a family of 5, we were pleasantly glad to find that this hotel could accommodate all of us comfortably in one room. The best part is having two shower stores within one spacious bathroom that could speed up the efficiency of getting everyone cleaned every night. The space was really good. We could leave open all 5 luggage and still walk around, have a corner to lounge, snack and watch TV. We wanted functionality, comfort for our family size and this hotel offered just that.

Had a wonderful stay at Spring Rhapsody Hotel! The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, offering excellent value for the price we paid. The staff were incredibly resourceful and helpful. Even though we stayed for just one night, we needed a last-minute charter ride for a group of 8 the next day after check-out. The staff went above and beyond, arranging a driver for us within the day— which was an absolute lifesaver! I also want to highlight the hotel's foot massage service—it was absolutely fantastic and easily one of the best I’ve ever experienced. If you're visiting Taichung, I highly recommend Spring Rhapsody Hotel for its comfort, exceptional service, and outstanding amenities.

Overall very good staying in the hotel, the hotel able to fulfill all my requirements (requirements mainly due to there was an elderly along this trip). Breakfast was good and the staffs are super helpful. Hope the hotel will keep on improving the services so next time i will rate them 10/10 :)

The room facilities all good, except only 1 minor problem, they do not provide safety box in the room. I not sure why they didn't provide but it will be much better if they have this facilities. Another thing is the hotel signage is not obvious. Most of the time we could not recognise if we have arrived the hotel as they do not have side view signage of the hotel, hence when our taxi or car arriving the hotel area, we can only know it after passby the hotel. Also the hotel does not have foyer so if it is raining day, you will get wet when you boarding the car and you have to take your own umbrella as there is no any staff standby there to help you. Hope the hotel can improve this and i will definitely rate them 10/10 next time! :)

Location is superb, easy access by cab or public transport, we did not encounter any difficulty traveling from Taichung HSR Station by cab, it is located near to WuQuan Train Station too. Great neighborhood as there are many authentic and modern eatery places nearby, nice for street photo shooting too! Front Desk staffs are friendly and helpful, smooth check-in/check-out, they are very attentive by solving problem of the room during our stays too. Despite the lift lobby is a little distanced from the Main Lobby, but there is a security room right opposite the lifts which is really safe, and we can reach FamilyMart convenient shop (quite a big branch) within short walking-distance which located just right at the corner of the building ground floor. Will return and stay in future for our next Taichung trip, keep up the good work!

I think the management should pay attention on the streaming platform update as we were directed to do upgrade manually, but it just a small matter since their staffs are 24/7 on call to resolve problems.

It was a pleasant stay, the hotel is new and the room has everything you need for a short stay. The hotel is nice enough to offer a selection of Taiwanese snacks. Breakfast was good with standard Chinese and Western options, and surprisingly many curry dishes. The concierge is quick to respond to my needs.

The only thing I do not like is the quilt which is very thick and non-breathable...even with air-conditioning, I felt too warm at midnight and woke up in sweat...

Hotel is very new and staff are all professional. I had one request to have my pillow changed the second morning and it was actually met the evening we got back. The room was very spacious and clean, and room service was prompt without being intrusive. The only thing is location could have been more central but given that it is actually near quite a number of interesting sites such as Shengji New Village and the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts as well as the Cultural Centre, it is well worth the money.

Exceptionally friendly staff and welcoming drinks at the lobby spoiled us. Really spacious room. The in-room snack bar was a nice touch. There's even a coffee machine in the room! Breakfast buffet selection is simple but has a good variety that satisfied us. Loved it.

No desk to work on within the room. WiFi went off every now and then, not a big deal though. We could easily reconnect so you won't face a connection drought anyway. Location's a little far out but still many shops and eateries around. Family mart is just downstairs as well.

The room was clean, good layout, friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom is a good size and offers free toiletries and slippers. Breakfast has lots of options and tasty food. The staff also put out small sweets and refreshing drinks every night for guests. Easy check in and out. Good location.

If l could recommend the hotel to have more hangers and a larger area to hang clothes. Currently has a ~1.5 feet wide metal bar where you can hang 4 pieces of clothing.

The room was really spacious and had good amenities provided — including complimentary snacks and drinks. The service staff were helpful and it’s overall a comfortable stay.

While the room was generally tidy, cleaning wasn’t done at its best. There was a remaining tube of toothpaste left behind by previous guest during our check-in (hotel apologised for this), and the cups were dusty.

Room was beautifully decorated. All room amenities is of good quality.

There was an early fire alarm testing but the hotel should inform of this testing. Only after hotel guests came down to lobby then only casually informed it was a test. 😡
