The food selection was excellent at both dinner and especially the breakfast. The big surprise was having Palinka, champagne and beer at the breakfast selection. A wonderful touch. We opted for a massage and it was excellent. Budai Erika was our massuer. The spa facilities were excellent . Very clean and organised. We enjoyed this so much

We thought the TV selection was minimal. We hoped for more choices especially English speaking like CNN etc. Also more sports selection would be a big bonus. We were surprised that there was no coffee, tea or water available in the room. When asked about this at checkout, we were informed we just had to ask. There was no indication in the room for us to do so. The bathroom supplies were minimal. {soap]. For a 4 star resort , we expected this to be available

My parents were there, I made the booking for them. They love the spa, the room and the food was exceptional.

As they told me they were asked to pay for the parking. How on eart you ask your quests to pay for parking on you own yard. It was a parking on spot, not on the street so you may say they need to pay for tge town or something. It is something to pinch some extra money from the quests. It is were unpleasent and rude!

The food was extremely delicious. The Chef in the kitchen is really master. We are all gluten intolerant which was not an issue in the hotel. Many options were offered during breakfast and dinner. They also prepared gluten and dairy free cake for our son's birthday. What was really good was that there were no parties at the pool area in the evening. The hotel is very calm and allows you to rest. It is also located out of the main promenade and no noise was noticeable in the rooms. The staff was very polite and customer oriented. I know some words in Hungarian so it was not an issue to find the solution for our requests (especially in the restaurant). Pool was clean and its size was good to accommodate the guests. All is clean in the hotel. The location is great (5 minutes walk from aquapark). Parking is in the underground garage or outdoor parking lots owned by the hotel. The hotel has also gaming zone with bowling, table tennis and many other stuff.

The English proficiency of the staff (in the restaurant) should be improved if the hotel wants to attract more foreign quests (as I mentioned I speak some words in Hungarian so it was not a problem - they wanted to understand and communicate). The rooms are clean but bathroom would deserve renovation.

Exelent service,delicious food but we had to pay for water a ridiculous high price 1600 forint for a bottle at dinner. We had free water for breakfast.

We had to pay to use the table tennis or the bowling. We didn’t have any shampoo and conditioner or anything extra customery in a 4 star hotel.

Very rich breakfast, with fresh juice, different kind of cheese, eggs, ham, sausages, vegetables ( a lot), sweets, champaigne, tea, coffe, beer. Same diversity was at dinner, 3 kinds of soupe, 4-5 kinds of meet and garnish. Plus excellent sweets. The swimming pools are also very good.

The food was very good (breakfast and dinner included), the pools were a great plus especially in the days when the Hungarospa was full of people (during the weekend). Especially loved the poolbar from one of the external pools. The staff was very polite.

It's up to your luck if you are going to find a staff member who speaks good English. We didn't have issues with English at the reception, however the rest of the staff was a bit rusty or didn't know English at all, so it's a plus if you have someone who speaks Hungarian with you. But even if you don't, you will probably manage. The beds were also not up to a 4 star hotel standard. We stayed as a couple in a room and the bed was made up of 2 single beds put together. They were not that comfortable either.

Spacious comfortable room with a balcony, wellness facilities including a thermal pool in an open space, half board meals, helpful staff, and the parking lot located next to the hotel itself.

The hotel and facilities are not brand new, a little bit wormed out, The service of drinks provided by waiters during dinner was very slow

The location is good. Parking was reserved as asked. The meals were very good and tasty. The room was comfortable and clean.

It was only because the season hasn't started yet.
