The beds were so comfortable which afforded us 2 nights of restfull sleep from 2 days of hiking and touring both Pincher Creek and Waterton. The kitchenette has all that we needed in preparing simple meals for our small family. The staff were very kind and accomodating and were so responsive to our requests. It was much cheaper than hotels in Waterton but the quality of service was superb! Will definitely go back!❤️

The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room had a great updated bathroom and shower, and a nice little kitchenette which was updated as well. It was quiet there (not sure if we had neighbours or not). Clearly they’re making upgrades to the rooms slowly :) Although the main floor was older and had some scratches as a result, everything was clean! It was just off the main road and less than 5 mins from many restaurants (Boston Pizza, McDonald’s, Timmies, a sushi restaurant, a cafe, and a pizza restaurant). There was a waterfall 20 mins up the road as well and it’s about 35 mins from Waterton.

The floor in the main space of the room was older and squeaky, I’m sure it’s on their list to replace. The comforter and curtains are dated. Otherwise the room was great!

The reception area. The owner was very happy very good very accommodating. The area was quiet at night for sharing the room. The only thing I would recommend for the jacuzzi ,I’m I will be going back is that the Jacuzzi needs a hand bar when getting out a little bit challenging for older people.

I enjoyed your suite 147 especially the jacuzzi. Very spacious and comfortable bed. Next time I travel to Pincher Creek and surrounding areas I will book suite 147. I loved it. Then the guy at reception was excellent has people skills. He lifted us up. Keep on doing what you do.

The lighting was very good. The room was bright due to the ceiling lights. Usually the hotel rooms are dark. Spacious room for two.

There was no tissue box which was strange. I think any hotel would provide that. It's inconvenient without it. There was no hook for hanging clothes on the door in the bathroom.

It was clean, it was big and roomy. I felt safe. The owner was very, very nice very accommodating. I’d stay there again.

Can’t Think of anything,I liked at all. It even had a walking trail near the hotel that I got on by the pincher Creek.

Room was clean and pretty spacious.

The AC unit in the room was very load and could not have on during the night. From the images on the website site it appeared that there was a breakfast station as well as ice however was not provided info to where to get.

The room was exceptionally clean . The bathroom had just been refinished The mini stove was a real treat that we used and was very thankful for it The staff did a fantastic job helping us when we needed it

Very clean room and bathroom. We requested few things they provided and every time we call for help for for electric burner in kitchen they were there to help us 8 highly recommend this place.

Everything was great.
