Location is very close to highway but if you ask they will give you a room that is not too close so fairly quiet. Bathrooms are renovated and there is a microwave and fridge and coffee in the room. The front desk person is very pleasant.

The pillows need to be replaced. You must ask if you want the room cleaned - every day! The outside of the building needs to be cleaned up. Some flowers could go a long way! The room is very compact. Difficult to figure out the TV.

It is an updated property with big room size. a sink in and out of the washroom, a fridge and microwave, a nice dinette table and chairs but best of all the most comfy beds ever. We loved our stay. The rates were very reasonable too. We thought because of the wall heater it may be chilly since it was winter but the room temp was very cozy. Nice hot shower. We were worried there was no hot water at first but we just had to run the tap for a minute and it was nice and warm. The smoked meat restaurant across from the motel was super good too. We would go back for sure.

Quite close to highway 3 but it didn’t end up being too noisy after all. The walls are brick so maybe that helps. Our only complaint was some very noisy young people got up early and didn’t make any attempt to be quiet at all but that isn’t the fault of the motel.

Beds were comfy, extra pillows, nice soap, good effort in cleaning, nice flooring. No complaints.

Stained (but clean) tub, very noisy as was near road (we brought ear plugs).

Small clean warm rooms with a great bed. Friendly staff. Close to fernie and Castle mountain for skiing. Walking distance to the Rum Runner - a great restaurant. Great Value for the money ... I would stay there again.

Nothing could have been better for the money. kinda close to the road so when the loud trucks roar by it can be loud.

Mike was a good host and helped with some medical needs re a sore back. Good food to be had in town with his knowledge and recommendations. Chris' for lunch is a must.

We liked the cleanliness and the staff's effort to help us when we had a little problem with the smoke alarm and the furnace in the first room. The next day we got another room. This second room was perfect. Very good!

Just fixing the noise from the furnace in the first room that we got. It was noisy and there was a heavy smell of gas!

T.V. a little hard to use , too many channels and hard to get to , would rather have simple cable with 30 channels

There was only decaf coffee and then When I made a tea the cups were too small for the machine so it just spilled everywhere lol other than that the room was great

My only concern was the broken screen window, it made us nervous sleeping. I wasn’t sure if it was lock or safe. Other than that for the price we are happy.

The service we had was exceptional! The rooms were extremely clean, beds very comfortable, toiletries good quality. All around great value and comfort!
