It is not appealing from the outside. But the place was very clean. The beds comfortable with decent linens . The room was good there was free coffee and tea in the room . A restaurant as well was decent. They offer complementary breakfast. Price is very reasonable.

The breakfast was nothing special but ok and good coffee. I was on the bottom floor and it was very loud when people in the upper room walked across the floor. But it was a quiet place not a rowdy crowd

Girl at front desk very friendly. Everything was very clean and it smelled so fresh. The restaurant was fabulous and so was the young lady working. Also the breakfast was really good. Nice variety.

the pillows could use an upgrade as well as the tv. Couldn't change the red aspect and the people all looked squished on the screen . Lol

Under renovation currently but the renovated rooms are really well done. Beds were comfortable. Location was easy to get to. Close to Tim’s if you like that kind of breakfast. Super friendly staff. Coffee machine at breakfast was great.

The room was clean but dated. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. There were a lot of work crews staying in the motel at the same time and we didn't hear a thing. I would stay here again.

I thought that the price of the room was quite steep compared to other years. But everything in the Pass is expensive.

while housekeeping cleaned my room, they threw away a stack of receipts I had on the microwave… I needed those receipts to return something I purchased. talked to management and they couldn’t do anything for me. my trip could’ve been a 10/10 if it wasn’t for that. now I will try to return my purchase without the receipt, hoping it goes otherwise this was a waste of money.

Central location. Friendly, helpful staff. Although the kitchen was closed for maintenance, they provided a Timmy's card for breakfast. I stayed in a newly finished room perfect for my travel needs.

Convenient to hospital where I was scheduled for surgery the following morning. My friend was allowed to stay for late check out so she had somewhere to wait while I had my operation.

Double charged and took several calls to resolve

It’s in the midst of renovations, so access to rooms was weird. Also there is a glue or chemical smell in the rooms.

Liked the waffles, but it was cumbersome and took too long. I would have liked fresh fruit (I was late to breakfast so could have missed that). Overall, breakfast was very good.
