I want to write a review for our stay at this hotel. We liked it very much, the location is convenient, close to the city center and to the forest. I would like to note the politeness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the good conditions. A hot tub outside is just what we need, we really liked it! The ability to open the windows to let the fresh forest air in is so great (not every hotel has this), it was important to me, so a big plus for that. You can also borrow bikes for free, such a good idea. Super hotel, definitely recommend it!!

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds as well. The "going green" changes the Fox has made are well done. The addition of Rocky Mountain Soap Company products is a nice touch and the black facecloth for makeup removal is a fantastic idea.

This hotel is on the main road, we left the window open so the traffic noise was a lot. Next time it will be the window closed, air conditioner on and everything will be perfect.

The room and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet even though it was very close to highway 3. The staff were wonderful. It was very clean. The hot tub was fantastic.

The air conditioner stopped working late on our last night. It was still warm outside so it made sleeping a little difficult

Next to the highway, which is convenient, but comes with noise. It’s a basic 3-star hotel building, but Fernie Fox has really done a great job of making it a wonderful guest experience.

Loved the fox everywhere and room was nice, location quiet apart from loud aircon and fridge. Close to nice restaurants. Indonesian lady at reception was exceptionally nice and helpful, an asset to the hotel.

Location is great between town and the ski resort. Quick and easy access to shops, restaurants, etc. Spa was very nice. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. You have the option to cook your own food in a shared/common kitchen. Commitment to sustainability and net carbon zero was a big draw.

Loved the hot tub area and very comfy beds.

Little expensive. Paying 220$+ for a bed to sleep in 1 night is hard to justify. That's essentially a car payment just to sleep in a bed.

Clean bright decor, large bar fridge, in suite microwave oven, nicely furnished with plenty of USB charge ports. Common shared kitchen area, Hot tub hours, outdoor deck seating area and BBQ pit. ample clean parking, well lit building, eco-friendly green options and LED lighting. Excellent coffee in the lobby.

Air conditioners have limited control, very noisy. Shower faucet very finicky (old) to get the temp right/ safe, very hot building water temp. Shower head should be upgraded to low flow to meet your most eco-friendly hotel in BC Goal!

The room was large and everything was clean. Even though it was right next to the busy highway you couldn't hear the traffic which was great. The in-room fridge had a freezer which was handy for re-freezing ice packs for our cooler.

The room was renovated nicely, except for the carpet. It was a little over priced, but I think that was due to increased demand for a nearby event on the weekend. It's a little far from downtown for walking, but there is a path next to the highway that you can take if you want to make the trek.

You guys have nailed it. Marketing is on point. Sustainability is on point. Cleanliness on point (one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in). The renovation of the old property is awesome - very well planned and the devil is seen in the detail (I am in the business). Others should follow your lead - you're clearly a market leader. Really impressive for a country hotel.

Nothing really. Balconies, a pool and a natural hot spring tub would kick this place out of the park.
