Great location, layout of the chalet was perfect. Had the basic essentials there so you didn't have to pack everything. Parking right in front of chalet and also a visitor if needed at your door.

Upgrades to our unit, I know they are rental units, comfy mattresses would be a plus and the couches in the living room area are well worn. I could see some of the units were getting upgrades maybe ours is on the list! Nothing major just simple items to make it feel more at home.

Loved the place, very comfortable. The beds were just the right amount of firm. It was surprising how well stocked the kitchen was.

We had a issue with the hot tub, when I reported it they said they would send the repair guy, but he didn't come. It was the long weekend though, and we still soaked in the hot tub, we just couldn't use the jets. It was a very small issue. The rest was fantastic.

Secluded and perfect size.

The unit needs a “deep clean” if you will. The dishes were dirty, we washed all the dishes before using. Seemed like the place had been sitting for quite awhile vacant.

Comfortable, liked having 3 rooms, hottub & view from it great! Didn't do much cooking, but had plenty of glasses & mugs. Fans were much appreciated.

Quiet, clean, perfect location to hike and bike, great getaway

The rooms and other sections where you stay was good. Lots of space and nice touvh with the hot tub. Was close to town

The BBQ is quite rusted but worked ok. The beds (double beds) were reall uncomfortable. The gads sort of caved to the middel and resulted in back aches and discomfort. Maybe invest in better beds for visitors. The photos did not indicate that there are so many steps. Will be difficult for people with walking issues. The amount paid was a bit on the expensive side

Location Hot tub

No laundry soap, no garbage bags. Hair, and stains on bedding. Fairly clean, could use some wall washing.

Easy ski out; good amount of space/well stocked kitchen. Easy parking/access to trash/recycling. Good communication with Fernie Reservations

Cleanliness of the property was lacking, (examples were sent directly to Fernie Reservations Customer Service) and some repairs are needed (sink, infloor heated in main bedroom upstairs) . Was refunded $100 but feel that was on the low side. Felt the booking.com advertisement is misleading - shows hot tub in photo and it is AFTER booking is made that you have to look to see if room has hot tub or not.
