The property was great! We liked being out of the town and loved the hot tubs. The apartment was modern, though the building was not. The apartment was spacious and mostly clean. We loved the patio and the two bathrooms.

The common areas outside the apartment were quite old and not kept up (ex the game room had one flickering light). The bathrooms were clean, however, my toddler grabbed the toilet brush and dirty toilet water (about 5-8 cups) poured all over the floor and left a nasty sewer smell. There should not be dirty toilet water in the brush holder, especially that amount. The television also was very hard to navigate - 4 remotes, and the cable stopped working completely. The Netflix account wasn’t up to date so wouldn’t work either. The kids room was also quite hot, though we were grateful for the air conditioner in the main bathroom.

Great location, comfortable bed, and the available pool and sauna are such a plus.

It is almost a basement style room right across from some parking, so people leaving early AM for hiking or biking some of their car lights go directly into the room. Would recommend additional curtains, or if you are staying there, maybe an eye mask. There is no A/C either, so we had to have the windows open, and the trains coming through were continually blowing the train whistle. Would recommend having some fans available at least so we could have closed the windows to avoid being woken up by that at night. All things not necessarily within the facilities' control but just a couple of things that could be available in the suite to make it a touch better.

Liked the layout of the unit, the view was great as was the proximity to the resort.

Two items: 1. The shower head sprayed sort of useless streams of water, could easily and inexpensively been switched out. 2. At peak times in the morning, there absolutely no hot water for the shower :(.

Lovely location and very clean comfortable place to stay. Kitchen and utensils spotless Beds so comfortable and perfect night's sleep

Some furniture and carpet were quite worn. We were directly opposite the doors to pool and spa on 2nd floor and this would be noisy at times

The condo was very clean. Loved our own hot tub on the balcony but also used the outdoor heated pool and other hot tubs on property. Views were great and so close to the ski hill. Wasn’t aware that this condo had two bathrooms so the en-suite was a pleasant surprise

The walk was just too far for our kids with their ski gear on and we could never figure out how to ski all the way back. Ended up driving to and from the ski hill each day. The hot water in the condo took forever to turn warm ow hot (several minutes to heat up)

Location was great, facilities were easy to access and amazing (sauna, workout, pool/hot tub) and room provided everything we needed and it was quiet!!!

Nothing really except maybe price was a little expensive….

Well equipped & a great location

There was no air con & it was very warm & difficult to sleep. Fans were provided but they were very noisy.

Nice spacious rooms and clean. Lovely big windows.

I was expecting a private balcony and bbq, but I likely misread the description. That was disappointing, to be in a basement room.

Timberline was fine, we did not see any staff, as this was self check in. Hot tub not working - disappointing. A car is useful to get to Fernie for dinner as the resort has limited restaurants.

Comfortable beds. Lots of space. 2.5 bathrooms. Easy to park. Nice views. Great location.

Some of the kitchen items could be updated/replaced eg fry pans.
