The room was absolutely lovely! Having the small table and chairs within the room was an absolute dream. I've never had that in a hotel room before, but it made for the perfect spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning, to cram some late night grub, and to play boardgames with my partner. The minimal waste toiletry bottles in the bathroom were great as well. I particularly appreciated that the consumables provided did not contain dyes as I am allergic. The breakfast was exceptionally well curated and contained several lactose and/or gluten free items, and the pool - though it was delightfully aged - was immaculately kept with one of the fastest, most fun waterslides I have been on in years.

It took about 20 minutes for someone to show up at the check-in desk on our first night there. To be fair, we were checking in fairly late, but I could not find any means of alerting a staff member to our presence. Our room was on the second floor and my partner and I never were able to find an elevator in the building. While this isn't usually an issue, I injured my knee over the course of our stay (unrelated) and the stairs quickly became inconvenient.

The owner of this property was very pleasant and welcoming and there was no nonsense about deposits and handing over credit/debit cards that I have found in other Canadian hotels/motels. Although the room was a little tired it was spacious and had everything we needed. I liked the fact they had a couple of comfortable armchairs in the room. The room also had a decent refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was good.

Maybe could have done with more sockets. They did have an extension lead but decent sockets near the bed would have been good.

Simple room, with two queen beds. Pool and hot tub were both up and running, which was nice as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Honestly, this hotel met my expectations. We weren't looking for anything fancy, and that is exactly what we got. One complaint I do have though is the water coming out of both, the bathroom sink and the bathtub smelt like mold. Don't know if there is more to that or if it's just old pipes. Anyway, still here to talk about it, so it wasn't that bad.

Our family vacation at Ramada Cranbrook was unforgettable! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, making sure our kids had a great time. The kids' club was fantastic, and they couldn't wait to go every day. The pool area was perfect, and we enjoyed every minute of relaxation. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, and the hotel is located in the perfect spot for easy access to all the main attractions. Highly recommend for families!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was a bonus.

The breakfast. I’ve been at other super 8’s with eggs, hash browns, sausage, fresh fruits and juice and so much more. I was really disappointed as we were there for a basketball tournament with over 20 of us and there was only hard boiled eggs, the orange juice was rationed along with the milk and bread and bagels. There was a few yogurts and some individually wrapped muffins that were so dry. It was really disappointing for the families and their kids. The pool and hot tub could use a good cleaning as there is a dirt ring around both of them.

Very easy, reassuring, professional check-in arriving late at night after an unexpected delay on the road. The bed was huge and the ice machine was great.

Despite an overall very professional feel to the property, the room itself felt like it was missing a few items that were presumably intended to be there. No bedside lamp, light switch, or outlet to charge a phone. The bathroom was clean, but the plumbing seemed to be struggling with a full house.

It was very comfortable and convenient

The breakfast service was atrocious. The power kept going on and off. Couldn’t make pancakes/waffles and the toaster was extremely slow. Ran out of eggs, bagels and coffee. Only one person serving the area and she couldn’t do anything about the power. Also not enough table space. Needs improvement!

Friendly staff. Room was clean yet could have been darker at night and I don’t care for carpeting in rooms anymore. Breakfast would have been improved with more wholesome choices yet was adequate.

Better bread for breakfast and natural peanut butter rather than stuff with added sugar and such, fruits spreads instead of jam. They could be more environmentally friendly by using soap/shampoo dispensers and recyclable plates, etc that have a specific trash can where they will be recycled.

Friendly staff, pool and hot tub were nice to have and the water slide is a bonus for the kids but they closed too early, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Checkout was quick and easy and the continental breakfast was just right. Definitely a value for the price.

The pool and hot tub closed too early and the entry into the parking lot coming off the highway is rather bumpy, use caution.

The staff are great. The complimentary breakfast is great.

I would like to see family’s booked on the ground floor, children tend to run and jump, to let off steam. I know this is not possible all the time, just a thought.
