Centrally located, near stores, mechanic shops, restaurants, car dealerships, movie theater, gas stations, part of main strip of city. Room was good size, clean, very comfortable bed, great ac for summer heat and soundproof (very quiet at night).

It was only rated as a two star place and better than most 3 star places I've stayed.

This is a traditional motor inn, no real bells and whistles but it was spotlessly clean and the facilities were updated. The carpeting was so soft and the beds were comfortable. Absolutely satisfied. The location was also perfect, right off Highway 3 and within walking distance of restaurants. It's not a lush neighbourhood, but we weren't looking for that. We wanted ease of access, inexpensive, and comfortable. The Model A Inn delivered and exceeded.

We are loyal repeat customers, especially because we are so appreciative that we can leave our vehicle free of charge at the motel for extended periods when we are flying from Cranbrook airport on holiday. Randy, who has checked us in twice now, is very friendly and helpful. The motel is well located and well sign posted, near the highway, but is quiet inside the units, and is reasonably close to the airport. The units have been clean and comfortable.

The room (#212) was comfortable and quiet as back from the road. Everything worked in the room. Good sized fridge. Staff were polite. We left early so didn't see anyone to check out. The Tim Hortons is directly opposite as a quick breakfast option.

The outside stairs weren't that attractive and unfortunately someone had left their cigarette butts outside their room in a pile, but our non smoking room was clean.

It was very affordable and the man at the desk was helpful and kind , he also up sized our room for the same price it was great !

Very minor and easily missed , there was an empty bottle and a used face mask under / beside the night stand in the separate bedroom ! Rest was very clean

This is a very quaint, affordable motel that reminds me of my childhood when we would travel to visit family. Was close to Walmart and a grocery store along with fast food places and restaurants. As the room only slept 4 but we were a party of 5 - 3 adults and 2 children, he had no issues with us putting up the camping cot bunk bed system that I had for the grandchildren and gave us a room that was not only large enough but also at ground level where we did not have a long way to carry everything.

The room had both a fridge and microwave but could really have used a coffee machine. Luckily I was travelling with a small kettle where we were able to still make a coffee and hot chocolate.

Nice motel. Decent price especially for these days. Super friendly receptionist (I checked in the night).

The tap water tasted a little “musty” AC a bit noisy but no big deal if you don’t mind a little noise. A coffee maker would be nice.

Beautiful location and easy access. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a bit of trouble getting on wifi but went to the main desk and he reset it right away and it worked. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. The Inn was pet friendly and although we did not have a pet and were in a pet friendly room it was very clean. We were running late and when I called to confirm we were on our way they were great.

Very quiet and clean. The owner was very kind and changed our room to make sure we got to enjoy the light since we arrived early. So lovely.

I wanted to pull weeds and pressure wash the exterior but that’s just because I’m like that. The whole place was perfect for the price and location. Will stay there again.

Everything about our stay met my expectations. Our stay was short as a stop over on route to elsewhere, great pet friendly option. Service from Randy at reception was excellent . It was abnormally cold that night and there was a large truck needing to plug in and also run the trailer part through the night to avoid goods freezing . It was very loud and in close proximity to our room but a quick phone call to Randy and within 20 minutes he had found an alternate location for the gentleman to park and plug in and it was completely out of ear shot . Also appreciated no size limit of dogs and only charged 1 pet fee even though I disclosed I was travelling with 2. Very much appreciated!

If I were staying for longer the beds could be upgraded but for a 1 night quick stay it did us just fine!
