Excellent location! We requested a river-view room and the view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast had a good variety, and the make-your-own waffle station was a pleasant surprise since some reviews mentioned there were no hot items. The boiled eggs were also a nice touch, giving us a healthy start to the day. Kids enjoyed swimming pool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others—and would happily stay here again.

The rooms are quite small and feel outdated. The air conditioner is positioned too close to the bed, and the cool air blows directly onto the person sleeping nearby, which can be uncomfortable.

I like dry sauna, pool and slide (kids loved it) and an outdoor hot tub. I actually really like the comfort of my bedding, soft pillow, cotton bedding, great location, right near the river, beautiful mountain view.

It went a bit downhill with quality over the years, the carpet on the stairs was dirty going to the lower level to the pool. The breakfast in my opinion is eating bread with bread (waffles, toast, cereal). I really appreciate some source of protein, they had boiled eggs there, but it will be nice to have scrambled eggs and sausages too.

Pool, deck and room. The next day I realized I left my sandals in pool and I did find them! Thanks to the staff helping me out.

I first showed up and there wasn't someone at the front desk and line up soon happened and it took half an hour to check in. I foresaw that there was going to be a wait so ordered dinner for takeout and continued waiting. Then someone took my towel and key when we went to the pool. That sucked but staff understood and gave key again.

The location was nice! Just on the edge of Fernie so it was nice and quiet. The hotel itself is very well kept and the room was clean and fresh feeling. Beds were comfortable. My 4 year old loved the water slide and pool and we enjoyed the on-site restaurant as well! Breakfast was nice and had grab n' go options (my son took a bowl of dry cereal and a muffin for the car ride). Staff were very kind and check in was super fast and easy!

Someone set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night which woke us up. I'm assuming it was another guest or their kids as the alarm only sounded for a minute or so. Not the hotels fault though- just surprised it was so easy to have it set off!

The staff is great, friendly and helpful. The kids had fun on the water slide. We just spent the night as we drove through to another destination, so we didn't do much more than that, shower and sleep.

The sauna was not operable, and the facilities could use a face lift but great for the price and seemed to have all the amenities you would need for a family traveling. Arrived at 9 pm and left by 7 am, so I couldn't tell you too much more, We didn't even eat there since breakfast didn't start until 7, and we were gone by then.

The property was perfect for our family trip to fernie. Our 4 year old loved the water slide and game room. The restaurant was great, convenient and our server (who was from Nepal) went above and beyond. All the staff was helpful, accommodating and nice but Param at the front desk (spelling?) made our trip exceptional. She was so kind, professional and patient with us when we needed to extend our stay. We will be back next time we visit fernie.

The Staff is very friendly and courteous. The included breakfast is excellent with all the normal fare, granola, toast, boiled eggs, waffle mix, coffee/tea etc provided. The on-site restaurant, Tandoor Grill is outstanding. The Indian food is authentic and excellent.

There wasn't much to dislike. A suggestion for the hotel is to develop the river bank. It is a wasted opportunity for the hotel not to capitalize on its access to the river.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is great—close to everything we needed—but the real highlight was the pool and hot tub area. The slide pool was a big hit with the kids, they didn’t want to leave! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The room was a good size with comfortable beds. The onsite restaurant was perfect for dinner and the food was delicious with very good prices. The views of the river from the room were lovely although it would've been nice to have a table on the balcony and more comfortable chairs to be able to sit and enjoy the views.

The breakfast was very basic with the plates and cutlery being disposable cardboard/bamboo. It would've been nicer to have proper cutlery and crockery.

We loved our room with the view of the river. It was quiet and comfortable.

We were really looking forward to a nice Indian meal at the hotel’s on site Indian restaurant, as we had in the past. Unfortunately they have recently changed the menu and the food, though decent was disappointing compared to how good it had been in the past, and was definitely on the expensive side.
