Good-sized room for two people with two double beds. Room was very clean and fittings and furniture seemed quite new. Price includes breakfast, with cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, muffins and drinks. Easy walk into the town centre and short drive to the ski slopes. Pool and hot tub available, although we didn't use them.

Some road noise, so best take ear plugs if that's an issue for you. Need to give a $200 deposit on credit card or in cash. Debit cards aren't accepted for some reason. Cash was just kept in an envelope in the safe until we checked out, but don't forget to ask for it back!

Room is very comfortable for two persons

The rooms have extremely thin walls. On multiple occasions we had neighbours of which we could overhear their exchanges word for word. The quiet hours are (on top of that) pretty late (23:00). If you want to sleep early and the neighbours are entertaining themselves till after midnight... not fun

Overall the room is nice. The kitchen is well-equipped, the refrigerator worked great and the heater worked fine when it was around -10C outside. The location is good, close to restaurants and just 7 minutes driving to the ski resort.

I have only two points to mention: 1 - Sometimes hot water wasn't too hot. I think it happened because the place was too crowded, so maybe they can improve it. 2 - Keep in mind that the location is on the main street of Fernie, so there's a lot of car noise and during the night if you have problems sleeping it will bother you.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was satisfactory although probably not going to satisfy fussy eaters. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Good access to plugs for chargers.

If on the front of the building, the road traffic does not cease, ever. For a night or 2, it's OK - but gets exhausting after a bit.

I loved the convenient location just on the main road and the fact that it has a pool tub and offers free breakfast in the morning. The view outside from the room is just amazing. It is just beside the walk on the banks of stream and its proximity to downtown.

The build is just a bit old. You cannot use lot of appliances at the same time. The television box would turn off and would need a restart every now and then. The same with charger plugins.

For the price, was a good place to stay for the ski hill. OK breakfasts, always being topped up, fruit, coffee, yogurt, toast etc. We had the room around the corner on the side road in the other building, I'd recommend trying to request that if you prefer not to have traffic noise. Room was perfect for what we needed.

Large spacious room. Nice layout & decor. We liked that the sink was outside the bathroom. Clean. Good internet speed. Friendly and efficient front desk. Very reasonable if you book ahead.

Noisy as it is next to a busy highway. Very small TV that was hard to operate. Beds were a bit hard.

The room was clean and a nice air freshener was already applied. The bathroom was also clean. Staff were also helpful, and the person at reception immediately resolved TV issue. We enjoyed our stay there.

The convenience to downtown, and to shops and right off the highway. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as I had come a bit early for check in.

The pillows were a bit too bulky and I feel that some toiletries were missing such as lotion other than that no problems.

From the outside it didn’t look like much but then when we opened our door to our room, we were amazed by what we got for the price!!

2 very small things: 1. A kettle in the room to make tea instead of just coffee. 2. Adding a source of protein to breakfast like boiled eggs maybe.
