The hotel was located at the southmost part of town so it offered easy access to Waterton. It is also very close to some restaurants and the gas station. The beds were pretty comfortable and the rooms were well stocked and replenished with all the amenities. Parking outside was convenient and always available. Breakfast was pretty good and they had different options available - they served us buffet style the first day and restaurant style the other days.

The room was overall fairly clean but the bathroom always had pieces of hair here and there, even right after room service. The dishes at breakfast also had some residue on them (not sure if it was just soap residue or if they weren't cleaned properly). They didn't have any orange juice available at breakfast. They also gave us a room with a window facing the wall. I think they should have specified that that was the case so those who don't prefer it can chose a different room. It would be nice if the TV had Netflix.

All areas of concern was great, our room and pool was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.

the only complaint I have was the buffet breakfast, it was cold period, and over priced. Scrambled eggs, home fries and bacon were all cold...I stayed for 7 days and experienced their buffet breakfast on day one and never went back. Tim Horton's was a better choice and the meal was hot.

The breakfast package was delicious and very filling every morning. The pool and hot tub area have also been updated recently and were lovely to use after a day on the ski hills!

The Rooms and Lobby are a little dated in appearance but functionally and comfort wise we had no complaints. The heater works very well but it’s an on off system so it doesn’t automatically adjust to a certain temperature and the room can get quite warm if left on too long. Overall great bang for buck!

The hotel was clean and the reception staff was very helpful . The only reason I did not give the hotel rating 10 was because of our experience with the lady who was serving the breakfast . The person was not only rude but she refused to serve the tea at 9:30 am stating that they don't have any more tea. I had left my pancake in the plate to get the water bottle from my room as I was leaving the dining lounge she put the pancake back into the chefing dish .

Pet-friendliness; comfy beds; hot tub; breakfast; overall, the hotel and around (we walked the dogs across the entire territory that the hotel owns) is kept nice and clean

Hot tub didn't seem to be hot enough (but this can be our personal preference); industrial location (but close to anything else)

Good location. Room was clean. Restaurant on site. Lots of parking.

No elevator to our room on the second floor. Was not able to get early check in. No breakfast included. Could have used a night table on both sides of the bed.

We enjoyed the room. Clean and comfortable. Overall it was a good stay. I would stay there again.

The location of the room was not ideal. Laundry was being done until 11:30 pm and the and the back door slams rather loudly.

The room is okay, one lighting bulb was off, maybe the cleaning staff could have changed it before giving us the room. The breakfast system is hilarious. You have to give a breakfast voucher to the unkind lady in the breakfast room which is 10 meters from the check in desk. But you cannot get the voucher upon check-in, you have to ask it in the morning at the desk and bring it with you to the breakfast room. WHY?!

I enjoyed the pool. it was very quiet. The staff were very nice. good breakfast. They gave us a room on the first floor because of my husband having trouble doing stairs.

I enjoyed the service provided by the front desk staff and restaurant staff on-site during my stay, sadly I did not note down their names. Very helpful, friendly and customer service oriented.

The hot tub was not very hot, mind you, I do not know if there was a reason for that. The indicator sign to turn on the jets for the hot tub could be more clearly indicated, on one of the evenings I encountered a elderly couple in the hot tub who didn't know where to turn on the bubbles and were grateful I was able to show them. So perhaps some more clear indicated signage would be great.
