I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s located in a very peaceful neighborhood. The breakfast was a nice touch, and I appreciated the size of the hotel—it felt spacious and well-maintained. My room had a lovely balcony, which was a great bonus. Free parking is available right outside the hotel and is under 24-hour surveillance. It’s also conveniently close to public transport, with both trains and bus nearby.

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit outside the city center, so it’s somewhat secluded. However, the easy access to public transportation makes getting around manageable.

Good option if you only need a place to sleep. Breakfast, although limited, was tasty – especially the croissant 🥐. The self check-in system was practical.

The room is small, the bathroom has no ventilation, and since our arrival there was an unpleasant smell throughout the room. The shower is divided only by a curtain, which is not very comfortable. The additional €16 fee was confusing, as there was no staff at reception to pay it in person, and afterwards we received an email notifying us of the pending payment, which created uncertainty.

We expected a little bit more in terms of room facilities: fan (for hair) didn’t work, the water in shower was slightly warm with no possibility to make it hot, the climate system also didn’t seem to be regulated (it was cold so we had to use a blanket, thankfully, it was in the wardrobe). Sound isolation is also questionable as we were disturbed by the kids in the next room. There was also no parking spot for our car.

It's actually a good location to visit Milan without driving in. Bus 327 is a short walk away, frequent, goes to M1 station, which also has frequent trains. Actually faster than driving in, handling car park nonsense and ending up on the metro anyway. It's easy to get out of the city from there too. The room was nice, clean, and had all the basic stuff provided. Breakfast was included and it was a good selection. The staff speaks good English.

There's a smoke alarm in the bathroom, guess what it does when someone makes too much steam. The receptionist was helpful to mitigate that. Plumbing needs some maintenance, leaky showers.

Nice and easy access by car to fiero rho and bergamot Airport. Simple very clean and lovely breakfast and staff so helpful. It's on a main road but rooms sound proof so idea Lovely restaurant up the road

Very comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom, delicious breakfast. Parking outside (on the street) available for free. The proximity to the highway makes the hotel a very good option for those travelling by car.

The area is nothing special but very quiet.

Simple, but complete, indeed, beyond expectations. Excellent breakfast.

I appreciated the availability of the fitness room, the room equipped with sockets and connectivity much higher than average. There is also a safe. Everything very welcoming.

Cleanliness, price, good breakfast, welcoming staff, location was not far from the Bisceglie metro station to take into the city

It still was warm enough outside with a good bit of humidity that not being able to turn the AC on lower than 24°C caused the room to be warmer than we had hoped for.

Courteous personnel, tidy room, comfortable beds, very nice bathroom and good breakfast, very good deal for the price.

Missing desks or tables for remote workers. Sometimes working in the room is not possible if the rest of the family is sleeping.
