We booked our stay specifically to visit the many distilleries in the area, so the location was perfect. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. Thank you.

We had four adults staying in one room. Unfortunately, we had to double up for financial reasons…. Upon making the reservation we were offered either a king size bed or two doubles. It would’ve been nice to have at least had two queen size beds. Double beds are pretty small for two adults.

I enjoyed the facility. It wasn’t crowded at all and was super quiet at night. We had the perfect room and it was big enough for my kids to play around, have a space for themselves while my husband and I watched tv. We LOVED the pool! Having the option to swim outside or inside was awesome because the pools connected so they could swim from inside right to the outside part of the pool. And it started raining so they were able to leave the “outside” part and still remain inside the pool. And it stayed open until 11 at night! Which was great for a night swim! Check out was also 12 which was awesome for us to be able to sleep in and breakfast went until 10AM (which again allowed us to sleep in some!)

Enjoyed everything. It was a nice hotel for the price. It was clean, blankets and bed was nice.

The staff was super friendly and the complementary breakfast was top tier. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Our door to the outside was broke but the front desk sent someone to immediately fix it. The heater worked too good so we kept it on low but the facility was nice and clean.

The bathroom could use an update. The tub seemed old and it was cramped in the area. No place to put your clothes for changing except on the back of the toilet.

Breakfast was good, bacon smell in the hall was tough to resist, but bacon could have been crisper for our liking. Room was nice, albeit somewhat dated. All in all it was better than expected, and perfect for what we needed for this long weekend. Nice to see new filters in the HVAC system. Staff was great!

Just a few things needed updated (desk chair was pretty worn, both door seals showed light around the door) Limp bacon. Would have liked a patio somewhere on the property.

The Customer Service was amazing!! The Gentlemen that checked us into our room were very nice, we have a good laugh, and were very informative!! The Breakfast was really good too, nice hot breakfast served!!

The bed was not my bed, therefore it wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked it to be, however, it was much better than most beds!!

Our room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We loved having a door into the hall but also directly outside to our car! (Ground floor only, obviously). Breakfast was good; scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage, bacon, cereal, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Could hear the neighbors above us moving around very clearly. TV channel selection was limited, as the Internet connection kept buffering.

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were helpful and very pleasant, The room was clean and well equipped. I loved being able to park in front of my door outside and having an inside door to the hallways.

They explained they were having trouble with their satellite service, so we didn't have many channels as expected. Still workable. There weren't any places to plug into to charge phones, but we brought some of our own.

I had only ever stayed at one Best Western, and this place makes me want to stay at more!! Wonderful Breakfast, great location, Amazing Staff!! Breakfast was nice and hot, ready to start our morning!!

It wasn't my bed, so, it wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked it to be, however it did the trick!

Samantha at the front desk was very professional and kind. Exceeded customer service by providing us dinner suggestions and other helpful information. She made us feel very welcomed and was the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. The room was very clean and cozy. If we are ever in Frankfort again I will definitely stay there.

The indoor/outdoor pool was a huge surprise Rooms were clean and liked that we could get to the room from outside but also get to the pool and breakfast through the hallway from our room. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options hot and cold. Great location.
