Attention to details....furniture enough for luggage, eating in the room, computer and relaxing. Freezer IN fridge....sink IN the bathroom not hallway... Everything needed handy and in good working order. Comfy bed. Ac/Heat that was consistent. Room darkening blind. Quiet, comfortable and restaurants within short walking distance. Staff outstanding. Breakfast went well. Good parking options. AND price a real bargain. This Baymont is a gem.

We've stayed in dozens of motels traveling to and from Michigan and AZ. 80% of them could use this one as a model. It ticked all the travelers boxes without breaking the bank. Cudos to the management and staff.

I didn't like that I had to download an app to wash my clothes. The minimum amount to load into the app was $10. You could not do less than that. Neither one of the machines told you beforehand how much they were going to be. To wash was $4 and to dry was $4. After it was all said and done, I had $2 left. However, the app did not "have a way" to give you back your money and the hotel manager didn't have a phone number for me to call. I know it's just $2, but now it's sitting somewhere in limbo and will probably never be used again.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was fast and easy. The room was clean, the hot tub was hot and soothing. All room service staff were respectful and friendly. Breakfast was good with many selections. Overall a great experience! We went to the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and Newport Aquarium, and this hotel was pretty close to everything. Lots of places to eat in the area and a Walmart just minutes away!

I guess if I could find one thing I didn't like would be that breakfast had no bacon! lol That would have put the icing on the cake because everything was great about our stay.

Close to shopping, dining, very quiet, staff very friendly and helpful

When we arrived the room was not what I had booked. In the photos The beds were in one room and a small sitting area separate from the bedroom. My room had the sleeper sofa right next to the bed. I was not happy about this. When we opened the door a smell hit you in the face. It was horrible body odor. I went to front desk and got some air freshner and sprayed it. The smell still lingered during our stay. Except for these two issues it was good.

Great location and beds was comfortable I slept so good it was very quiet. Breakfast was good , many choices on the bar. Staff was friendly checkin and checkout was super fast. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the halls and hotel and our room was spotless so hats off to the one who cleaned our room she was so friendly and great We will return when in Georgetown Kentucky we was very impressed with the room and price was super great for 2 nites. Keep up the good work !. 10 stars.

We stayed for a baseball tournament. I received a deal from Booking.com and chose the hotel for value. I saw good reviews. The hotel was very clean and staff we re polite and helpful with requests.

The breakfast was not very good. It was the same each day. There was plenty of food and staff were attentive so it was just the limited choices I refer to. The view is not great but it is in an area with waffle houses, a Cracker Barrel snd other hotels.The pool was very small but the lady at front desk allowed my kids to use it a little later because it was crowded for a while

We loved everything about our stay! Initially we were planning to stay for one night only, but we ended up staying for three nights, because we loved it so much! Great location for visiting the Ark Encounter too! (about 20-25 minutes away) Nice, clean, inside pool, and the best staff! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Beautiful, clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms. Soft towels and nice toiletries in the bathroom. Good size fridge, microwave, and a little coffee machine in the room, plus coffee and tea available all day long downstairs by the Reception/breakfast area. Breakfast was included but we didn’t go to breakfast, so I can’t speak on that. The other people seemed to enjoy it though. We had a really lovely stay, and will stay there again when in the area. Thank you guys for the excellent service! :)

Well it’s location was great convenient to food and gas

1.The price was much especially since I was given a military discount on my room when I reserved it but it didn’t show at the front desk and the girl didn’t change it or know why and she could see it in the reservation (STRANGE ) 2. The pool need the filters serviced 3. Guest where allowed to walk around in the eating area near footed 🤢 4. Emergency outside door was opened and the alarm never went off I reported that it was opened to the front desk staff 5. AC wasn’t working in first room given changed rooms It was located on the 3rd floor 319-320 don’t remember but it has a messed up door where they changed the locked device (Strange) it’s one of the smaller rooms

Loved the breakfast selection, in door pool was nice, room was cleaned and the beds were comfortable. There are doce products in the bathroom. I forgot my toothbrush and they had some on site along with tooth paste.

The only thing I didn't like was that when we arrived on check in our door was open. The housekeeping was just in there. So we asked if the room was ready she said yes. We realize an hour later that the house keeper forgot to put towels in the bathroom so we had to track down a house keeper to get some.

the only thing is checking in the girl was a little rude, she was training a new person, i asked where the room was and she pointed to one area but not specific, then i asked again, pointed in a different area, she wouldn't even get out of her chair to show me, also it doesn't state online what the pet fees were, told her we had 2 well behaved little dogs and she charged 70.00, I have never paid more then 35.00 for the two of them. so billed was over 180.00 which it usually is around 100.00.
