Great water pressure in every faucet, it was very nice. Believe me, you take this granted till you don’t have it. The whirlpool pool tub was great, splurge a little for it! Bed slept good-Not to firm or soft. Extended check-in and out hrs and the pool and hot tub doesn’t close till midnight, very nice!

Not the best towels tho big enough, need softer ones my wife says lol. A little expensive for the area. The Asian lady that checked us in was not the nicest or very informative tho we’d stayed there before so we knew everything but if we hadn’t we wouldn’t have known anything. Tv was small is really all I can think of.

I loved the breakfast! Very clean and very well stocked. The desk staff were really nice to me when I arrived. They actually got me in my room early which was super for me because I had my dog with me. I will use them again when I return. I really liked the cookies in the evening...so thoughtful.

I really didn't like walking into the entrance and having to walk through cigarette smoke. I understand they need a covered place with table and chairs. But when people were there smoking it wasn't pleasant. That's the only detractor.

How close it was to the interstate but still not on the main road. Quite. Excellent water pressure. Very comfy beds and pillows. Great extended hours on everything! We had a problem with our a/c unit and didn’t even notice until after midnight but was graciously moved to another room with no fuss, thank you!!

If I had to say anything negative then I guess Need softer, bigger towels please, tvs could always be bigger. Not much bad to say about this hotel.

Location, room comfortable. We had a king suite #312. Shower was excellent. Great water pressure. Beds and bedding very nice and comfortable.

Internet was not good. Very slow and long wait for connection..... The design of the air condition is not good. It is on the side of a soffit opposite the bed so the cold air blows directly on you........ There are two small closets but one of them had no clothes rod. We stayed in the king suite with whirpool and let me tell you, it was worth it!! Now that the doubletree Hilton got rid of their jacuzzi tubs I was so disappointed but this tub is so much better!! Me and my husband can both fit and he’s 6’2”!! Also the pool and hot tub being open til midnight is amazing!! That’s so great and unheard of being open so late but so thankful. If I had to say any bad things I would say the towels could be plushier and they could use some bigger tvs …… but overall we will be back again!!

Location was great. We were working at Kentucky Horse Park. We had to leave before breakfast whici is why the question was no applicable. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly etc. I though the value was good.

I just thought there would be a kitchen with the suite. But this was not a big problem. So tgee was really nothing that I did not like

The people/staff were all very friendly and helpful. Answering any questions we had. The room was nice , clean and comfortable. The area was perfect. We were able to walk to some places for dinner. Plenty of parking and I loved the little purple bushes out front 💜

The pool is small for the size of the motel and was to crowded for us to go in and enjoy. The hottub was nice but the jets didn't seem to really have much power to them.

Everything was perfect! Since the doubletree Hilton got rid of their big jacuzzi tubs and replaced them with walk in showers we’ve been searching for a new hotel and we’ve finally found it! Spend a little extra and get the whirlpool, you won’t regret it! Great water pressure on shower and whirlpool, comfortable bed, prime location, plenty of parking, very clean

I would like bigger tvs and my wife says the towels are scratchy so maybe some better towels

The room for the breakfast was adequate. They had a nice sitting area on 2nd floor where we could play card games and visit. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was meh. The bacon was the worst bacon we have ever had. Also, we all would have much preferred half and half for coffee, not CoffeeMate. Everything else was as expected for this level property.
