Rooms and Lobby very clean. Beds very comfortable Tabitha at Front Desk was super helpful in getting me changed to another room with working tv.

Tv didn't work in my room so decided to stay only one night instead of 2 because no tv or radio in room. Front desk morning person apologized and stated maintenance did not work on weekend Was not offered another room by 1st shift staff. I later talked to 2nd shift front desk staff (Tabitha) and was moved to another room late that afternoon. But because 1st shift staff updated my check out to 1 day instead of 2 I had to check out Sunday, but was charged for the extra day, With the new room with the working tv I would of stayed the 2nd night but was told it already showied checking out on Sunday. 😡😔 Definitely confused about 2nd day charge

1. Crystal tried her best [above & beyond] to help a family member locate a special memorial necklace she believes she lost in rm 323. 2. loved the walk-in shower

We booked 2 rooms together but wanted to pay separately on arrival. The check-in person wasn't able to get the hotel system to cooperate. It was a bit inconvenient.

Room was spacious, clean and updated. Breakfast was delicious and more than adequate. Staff was gracious and helpful. After checking out, about 10 hours later, we realized that we had left some clothes in the room, a simple phone call and items were retrieved and held in safe keeping until the next day when we returned to pick them up. Couldn't be any happier with our experience with this facility and staff. THANKS

Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

The only thing they really should do is have someone making sure the continental breakfast supply such as cups, juices and warm foods are fulfilled. Great place to stay though.

We really like staying at Sleep Inn Motels. The decor was pretty. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Had comfortable chairs to sit in.

When we went to our first room the door was ajar and when we opened it it hadn't been made ready for us. The bed hadn't been made Everything piled in a chair. Went down and told the clerk. She was kind and put us in another king size bed. When we got ready to go to bed as always we checked the bed. We were missing a pillowcase on one pillow and then to my dismay there was a bloody spot on the mattress topper. You could see it through the sheet. I placed a towel over the sheet before lying down. If I hadn't been ready to get in bed I would have ask for another room. On the wall next to that side of the bed was blood splatters. That all was very disappointing. Matter of fact it was sickening and scary!!

Staff very friendly. Beds were clean and comfortable. Lots of places to eat in the area.

Breakfast was simple. Could have more choices. Floor in our room was very dirty. Everything else was quite clean. Had to report a burnt out light and our shower head was broken.

Location was convenient for travel and needing somewhere to stay off 75 and travel to distilleries. Property was clean, staff was nice. Room was big enough for us to have space for a pack and play for our infant

The hotel was clean, easily accessible and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The person working the front desk on Sunday morning was running around, getting their own breakfast, and telling everyone their personal problems. No sense of urgency to check people out, creating long line.

It was very noisy. We were woken up a couple times during the course of our stay by people coming in and out of their rooms and you could hear water running when toilets were flushed.

Friendly staff, quiet and comfortable room, convenient breakfast.

We had a mix up with our room where another guest was able to open the door to the room we were in with a key. Luckily, we had the bar across the door so that no one was able to walk in unexpectedly, and we were able to come to a resolution with the very friendly guest and the courteous staff member. One day we came back to find that our room door was left open. We decided it must have been housekeeping who failed to close the door completely, because we found fresh towels and soap. The shower in room 413 floods the bathroom floor. They said they were working on getting a strip to keep the water in the shower, so hopefully this problem will be resolved soon.
