Location and cleanliness.
I have nothing bad to say about the hotel itself or the owners. I'm afraid of cats. So the only thing I didn't like about my stay was the HUGE creepy gray cat that apparently lives on the property.

CLEAN!!! The cleanliness was on point. It is a bit outdated, nothing fancy , but how clean it was made up for all that. You can tell they have updated the rooms at one point. Everything was clean in this room and I loved that most. The bed was great. My bed at home is a soft pillow top and I was worried the firm mattress there would kill my back , but I slept so good. The location to the ark was 10 minutes away. Pet fee was $10 a night. I would definitely stay here again. Snacks or coffee go to the BP beside there because that truck stop is way over priced where that restaurant is. As for the restaurant at the truck stop I strongly DO NOT recommend. There are no restaurants close but I would drive out of the way before I went there again. Over all the motel was GREAT for the value.
The shower was not the best , but you are able to shower.

This motel is very, very clean. Yes, it shows it's age especially in the bathroom. But it looks and smells clean. The mattress is very firm, which is what I prefer. It was nice to have the small kitchenette when traveling. This is near the Ark encounter (10 minutes) and won't break the bank. Super nice people and good foot at the truck stop nearby.
The toilet paper. Just bring your own and you'll thank me later. The quarter play toilet paper provided is some of the worst I have ever encountered. Also, the low shower head. Made it difficult to wash my hair as I am close to 6 feet tall. There is absolutely nothing about their bathroom that is accessible (I'm an Occupational Therapist so I constantly assess this). If you have mobility issues, this place is not for you.

Quiet and quaint Lil place. Nice folks that run it. 1 small gas station couple homes down. Nothing else around. If you have pets or like to take walks USE EXTRA measures for ticks and fleas. I came in mid may and didn't consider anything more than my pups usual meds. But she liked to play and after a couple days she had both. Lots and lots. My fault for not making myself aware before traveling.
Loved it there

The staff were amazing, I can’t say enough about their patience and understanding!!! Our rental car had issues and had to wait in the motel parking lot to be towed way past checkout time. We also had to wait for a taxi to take us to get another car. This meant we had to wait with ALL our belongings outside our room. The staff was very understanding and aloud us to enter the room and use the bathroom until our ride arrived.
ALL was wonderful!!!

This was very clean, a very quiet place and very peaceful for our rest after full days at the Ark and Creation Museum!!
The only complaint is there was only 1 ice cube tray in the small frige freezer and with no big ice machine available, this caused a inconvenience for us. I asked for a 2nd one and did not get a response.

This is a small, privately owned facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and decorated tastefully. For being close to the interstate, there was very little road noise. We were able to park directly in front of the room, making loading and unloading a cinch. The continental breakfast was sufficient for the start of the day.
There could be some updates to make this an even better place to stay. The air conditioner struggled to keep up. The bottom plug of the outlet on the right side of the bed didn't work so we had to plug and unplug the lamp in order to use the outlet. The only restaurant at this exit was a local truck stop/restaurant.

The room and personal staff were good. Manager always tried to do her best and help. The room was pretty clean and comfortable.
Inside was little bit damp smell and I have difficulty with paying for room. Once manager call me and told that she has trouble with my payment and same time money was withdrawn from my card, thanks to manager help we figure out that problem was from Booking.com side.

They were friendly and informative. Comfortable and quiet room. We really enjoyed our stay. It was right in the middle of the places we were visiting on our stay.
We would of liked to be around some things to do such as trails but it was ok with us to be able to just relax also
