they couldn't offer us first floor. My husband has some disabilities , it was so hard for him to do steps without elevator. The Indian lady refused to charge my husband electrical scooter ((( , when we asked her.

We arrived late in the evening but the receptionist was so nice and understanding. We were traveling with our youth group. One of our kids left his money in the motel room. He realized it after we had checked out. We called the motel and housekeeping had turned it in and we went and picked it up. They could have easily lied and pocketed that money but they were honest! Great people and great place to stay to go see the Ark!

The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was good. Room was clean , and I appreciated the fact that the fridge was cold and freezer compartment worked 😊

Room could use an update. Electrical outlets need replacing. My cell phone charger kept falling out when plugged in.

Excellent breakfast with a bit of everything: make-your-own waffles, cereal, instant oatmeal, bananas, yogurt, muffins, kind bars, hard-boiled eggs, juice, coffee. Fox News on in dining area.. they recognize conservatives want real news before starting their day.. Barrier between sitting room, bedroom was nice, blocking the fan, mini fridge. Location perfect, can walk the 1/4 mile to the Ark Encounter.

We asked for a 2nd floor room after gal had given us our keys; she was unwilling to issue a new room key. We explained we didn't want anyone above us; both nights, there were family's with kids walking around. Husband walked in on us without knocking when first arrived.. Floor is wood panel, not carpet. Shower is LOUD and forceful. Clothes damp. Towels never dried hours later. Found out microwave didn't work the morning we left. No one around at check out to give me a printout of our bill.

Close to were we were there to see. Had a good breakfast bar. Room clean.

All rooms have been recently updated . This is a very old property that has had a minor out -door face lift but the rooms are on point and very comfortable.

The beautiful stone tile on the floor is very cold on the feet.

Rooms were quiet and clean. The staff was so nice and we ran into them often as they were always busy. Location is great right off the interstate and next door to the Ark. There's a good mexican restaurant in the parking lot. It is an older driveup motel, though it was dated, it was very clean amd everything works perfectly. The pool was crystal clear and the kids played in it every minute we were there.

The only thing that bothered me was hearing the shower run upstairs as they took showers at midnight so it woke us up. For whatever reason the pipes and running water was loud. You couldn't hear tvs or voices or the toilet but you could hear the shower quite loudly. Otherwise, there was not a single thing out of place.

Good staff that was very accommodating. Good assortment of breakfast foods. I require a gluten free diet and there was plenty there I could eat. Beds were comfortable. Very good overall experience.

Though this is not a new or modern hotel, the room was very clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast included waffles, fruit, yogurt, juice, and coffee. Very quiet, though it is close to a highway, the building sets high on a hill and no highway noise. Very convenient to the Ark.
