The location is close to the Ark Encounter and several restaurants. A lengthy list of local eateries was provided at the front counter without even needing to ask for it. The room was fantastic! High ceilings, soft beds, an excellent television and warm lighting made it feel both homely and modern (in the best sense). The kitchenette was a lovely surprise as well. The breakfast was wonderful and contained so many delicious sweet and savory options. Staff were welcoming and took time to ensure you were taken care of.

The pool is really more of a novelty here. Sufficient for getting you wet, not actually swimming. Given that we only stayed one night I would not have been bothered if it wasn't there at all. Our shower door also leaked quite a bit. I had to lay a towel down outside of it to prevent it flooding while in use. I was surprised that the room only had a standing shower with no bathtub, fortunately we didn't need it for the kids on this particular night. I did find the room door rather porous for sound and was woken up several times by noises in the hallway, worth noting as I'm a heavy sleeper.

Breakfast was great with all the variety however I do wish it was longer hours. I really like the pool area and the exercise room Security using a hotel card to get on the elevator was very impressive. I only rented the room for two nights and unfortunately, I needed two more additional nights because of my moving and the staff was very friendly and accommodated my needs

Rates are a little higher than I expected perhaps maybe even more than a one nights stay you can receive some type of the discount

the cleanliness was exceptional the bed was very comfortable the staff was so kind will definitely use a sister of this hotel Breakfast was devine the showers were beautiful with glass doors very large nice bath towels full size very nice products in the room

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I was surprised there wasn't a stove in the suites to use. The beds were very comfortable.

The 3 carts to service all the people staying there was definitely not enough. And the carts didn't have a place to hang your clothes.

The breakfast was very good. The staff at breakfast was OUTSTANDING! One of them walked around the dining room making sure everyone was enjoying themselves and had everything they needed!

The light on the side of the bed was out!!

Everyone was courteous kind concerned friendly to get to know my enemies I made you feel welcome and I love the silverware to China and the glasses never before have I seen that at a hotel

Breakfast was very good. The hotel staff were pleasant and the hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious. We enjoyed this hotel very much. The kids loved the pool.

Everything, the customer service, the very clean and well-equipped rooms, and the delicious breakfast.
