The staff were incredibly friendly and really great help. The hotel was well taken care of and the room was clean and updated to have charging ports in numerous places for devices which is nice. The breakfast was good, standard eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, but they also had yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, and make your own waffles. Overall this was a nice place to stay and we really enjoyed it as we stayed the night before going to the Ark Encounter just a few miles away and it was a lot less than the ones right there at the place.

There really was not a lot to knock on this property it was well taken care of and for the range of where this hotel fits into “Hotel Budgets” this was a really nice one for the price. We stayed the night before in another town at a different chain and it was not taken care of like this and cost the same.

It was quiet and clean. The bed had a slight mattress topper, so it was bearable. They could offer more pillows, but that's a personal thing. The TV was nice and big. It was also on a swivel, which was helpful. I also liked that the bathroom mirror doesn't fog up in the middle while showering! We stayed on the 3rd floor, which I think cut down on the noise from others. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The pool even had some down there to use, which was nice.

The pool was very chilly. Let's be honest, parents will be in the pool with their kids, especially if they can't swim and there's no life guard. It's not even summer yet, and there isn't a hot tub to warm up in after, so please keep it warmer. Please invest in better mattresses. We pay for a place to sleep. I don't care what else is offered, even a golden shower. If the bed is firm, it's not worth sleeping in. The breakfast was a bit blah. There needs to be more fresh items offered like fruit or yogurt. The orange I did see was VERY ripe. I only saw one person who popped in and out every so often, and she wasn't able to keep things filled easily.

What was available was good. Although both girls said the orange juice was bitter.

Breakfast was supposed to end at 9 am, which is a bit early for families on vacation. While we arrived about 15 minutes before close, there were no eggs left and the sausage gravy was all but gone. There were 2 biscuits left and we weren't the only guests arriving for breakfast. Perhaps there had been a rush that morning and we just happened to get there at the most inopportune time. I will say that the lady in charge of breakfast did try to resupply the options.

The property was conveniently located off the expressway and easy to find. I loved the breakfast in the morning. Great way to start the day. The room was comfortable and offered many amenities. I would recommend Comfort Suites to family and friends.

There was an unusual smell when we entered the room. A stale smell not fresh. I have noticed this before in other hotels. We adjusted after being in the room a few minutes. Could be some type of cleaning liquids used otherwise everything was fine.

Very convenient location. The staff was very friendly. The curtains don’t close all the way. When your room is facing the parking lot and the lights shine in the room. curtains should all the way close. The previous person staying in our room left clothes in the drawers. Had to call down to the staff to have them removed. They were very willing to remove them however we had to wait because there was only one staff person. We felt very bad for her. Beds were comfortable. Hallways were quiet. Overall a good stay.

The breakfast was good. The pillows and bed were comfortable. Liked that our room had microwave and fridge. They had a place in the lobby for coffee and to buy snacks. Great location not far from the Ark. Plenty of TV channel options.

Pool said pool/spa but there wasn't anything spa lol. One of the lights in the pool kept popping out and I thought the pool was supposed to be heated but it was pretty chilly. You get used to it though.

Breakfast was good. The eggs were a little weird. Coffee and juices were good and I liked all the extras. The location was very good. My daughter said she wished there were potatoes.

I wish I would have requested a handicapped suite because the toilet was too low for me. There isn’t a whole lot that I would change. Housekeeping personnel were so kind and the gentleman moping the floors was extraordinary and didn’t make me feel guilty when I walked on the floor he had just cleaned.

The staff at arrival was super friendly and very accommodating. They bake chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon, daily, which is so awesome, especially for my kiddos. They also offer 24/7 coffee, apple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, and water. The ladies that make breakfast every morning are stellar, to say the least. It's the best breakfast we have had from a hotel in such a long time. Lastly, the staff is friendly and helpful, and that says a lot about how everything else is run.

The pool could be warmer, but this is a comment from my kids and not myself or my husband as we did not get in. It's wintertime, so of course the air is colder when you get out of the pool. This is more of a preference than a complaint, so this is not really a reflection on the pool itself.

I loved the bed it was the most comfortable bed ever. We also loved the size of the room as well.

We realized the morning after we checked it, that our door handle was locking but you could just simple push on the door and it would open. So, we had to go ahead and take all our belongings out to the car then go and eat breakfast. Breakfast was decent but I recommend that the muffins be left out to get room temp. Having them refrigerated made them firm not soft. The bacon was odd too.

The breakfast was good and a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved that it was next to a store where we could pick up a few things we had forgotten.

The only thing I would say they could do better was in the bathroom the shampoo & conditioner dispensers were nearly empty. Good thing there was a Walmart near by and I was able to go buy some for myself since I had forgotten that.
