The evening staff that checked us in needs to trained in manners and politeness. I found him to be rather rude! I booked online and knew the cost. You can imagine my surprise when he charged me a substantially higher rate. When I questioned him, he curtly told me of a $50 additional deposite in case we damaged the room . He said that it would be refunded if we didn't damage the room. I'm very uncomfortable with this and will need to be sure to check my credit card statement. What a inconvenience!! The morning gal was very polite.

Easy to get to location, plenty of parking, no breakfast, just coffee, but several fast food restaurants nearby. Was shocked to see this Motel 6 so very nice. Looks like they took it over from another chain and remodel n cleaned it up somewhat. Arrived in town unaware were to stay and chose this site and being close to my appointment this had to do. Upon checking in, staff was friendly and helpful to make checking in quick.The young lady made sure I got a lower level room. The room was clean and spacious. The property was clean inside and out. Pricing was great, the stay was nice. I'll will be back every other month and will definitely stay here. Just Leave The Light On....🙂

The entrance door to room needs to be filled in, so hallway light doesn't shine through. Didn't interfere with sleeping. No breakfast, only coffee in the morning. But if that helps to keep the price down, it's no big deal. Plenty of nearby fast food restaurants.

Breakfast was not offered but there were coffee and tea in the morning and I had four cups of tea. The location was convenient as I hade just completed a non-stop ride from Horse Cave KY , it was nearly 10pm and I needed a Motel6 and was prepared to go as far as Cincinnati to find one . The lady at the reception desk made an extra effort to get me a good price , very helpful and appreciated . Parking the motorcycle next to the front lobby entrance was a nice touch for saving a longer walk across the parking area while getting my few items for the night to my room .

I am giving this property the highest rating possible because I can’t remember when I paid such a low rate (65.00) and had such a good night’s sleep. Nice size fridge and microwave in room, big desk area, plenty of room for a couple to spread out. In town for the weekend for a wedding. Safe, clean and quiet with a friendly staff. It ain’t the ritz but you know that already.

The bed squeaked when you moved around but otherwise it was really comfy.

This was my first experience with a Motel 6 and I was pleasantly surprised. From what I hear, every one is different, and not every one offers the same level of cleanliness. This one was very clean, supplied our needs well, and made the stay very pleasant!

The pillows could have been better, but since I bring my own, this was a non issue for me.

The room was very clean. There wasn't any weird smell. Everything was just as it has been advertised. We liked the location we were on our way to Mt. Sterling and couldn't travel the whole way. The price was great. Reasonable.

I had ordered a no smoking room; which I received. However there was a $50.00 charge on top of the room price. It was refunded. There was no need for that they already had my credit card information. Just wasn't mentioned in the site that it was needed...

Good location off I-75/71. Room was quiet despite being off interstate, next to a truck stop and near RR tracks. We didn’t hear a thing during the night. Had a refrigerator and microwave.

It is very bare boned - no shampoo/conditioner, blow dryer or ironing board/iron. These may have been available by request but, I did not ask. Price does reflect not having these amenities.

Clean and new. Loved the staff! He took the time to help me with my reservation not received. Fixed and room was great!

A/c unit didn't have labels on mode so we couldn't tell if it was ac or heat.

Not sure why the motel had only a 2 star rating. The facility condition was like new if not actually new. The room furnishings were new right down to the handy USB ports bedside. Lacked a second armchair and no table for eating or cards, but the space for such was there. Only coffee available in AM, but lobby had chairs and tables and counters for a breakfast. Price was absolutely great in that market.

We enjoyed our stay staff was very courteous and helpful and the rooms were nice and clean that's what it's called I love someone

The only thing I didn't like was booking gave us the price for the room but did not tell us about the $50 security fee
