Well thought out design to use the space efficiently. Loved the window box with cushion, blackout curtains, lots of places to plug in additional items including iphones and ipads. Nice large fridge, coffee pot that worked well, good tasting coffee provided, offers a wonderful shower with instant hot water, no waiting. The hairdryer has a built in nightlight, how about that?! LOVED!!! Good quality complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner and easy to reach towel rack and body lotion which still standing in the shower. I have sensitive dry skin and these products worked fine for me. The mattress was comfortable which is a big issue for my husband’s back. I like your decor and soothing colors, everything appears fairly new, nothing worn out, the room was immaculate, I also loved the granite bathroom sink top and space to put toiletries below that or above the toilet. Plenty of work space at the long desk, we never used our TV, as well as a dozen plus tables downstairs to use as a workspace and TVs in that space as well. It was quiet, I felt safe in the neighborhood and hotel. Their breakfast was impressive because they use real food! The elevators worked quickly, the location was walking distance to several restaurants and just across the freeway from a big box store to get those extra items. It is 5 min from the Ark Encounter, and incredibly easy on and off exits from I-75. BTW we got a big kick out of some of your staff and also the Mexican Restaurant across the street has such a fun atmosphere, great food, and fun staff even though it looks small and blah on the outside. The Happy Dragon buffet across the street is fresh and the staff keeps all the food hot and full. We loved it, we had a great time, I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

The small side road the hotel is on comes quickly and you need to know where to turn. Would love a traffic light there, so many cars coming and going, but that is a city issue, the hotel has nothing to do with it.

I checked in after 6pm and they went ahead and charged my card without me being there. The desk person didn't tell me that they charged me already and had me swipe my card again. It's a good thing I only had what I needed on my card or I would have been charged twice and had to wait up to 7-10 days for a refund. So if you stay here, be ware!

This was a month ago, but I think I forgot to do the review. We enjoyed our stay. The front desk employee was really friendly. He helped us to feel very welcomed there. The room was great too as it was very clean with a comfy bed and just exactly what we needed. Thank you for the breakfast as well. We will definitely return.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

After going to a wedding in Key West FL, we flew to Cinny OH, got a rental car & drove to Dry Ridge KY to see the ARK & Creation Museum. So happy we booked at Microtel!! Great friendly staff, clean modern room, free breakfast, great location....we couldn't have asked for more!! Wonderful stay, thanks sooo much!! :-)

It was so nice and tucked away from the freeway bustle but still right there. Food is nearby- you can walk in no time. Check in and out are super easy. Breakfast was great and shocking variety including freshly made waffles. Our room had a kitchenette and our bathroom was comfy and pretty. I’d stay here again! This Microtel is within minutes driving to the Ark Encounter and they provide easy accurate directions.

The breakfast was good. Eggs were some of the best I’ve had at a hotel. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were so comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I watched them interact with other people throughout my stay and they treated everyone as guests. Loved the location. Tucked right off the highway, lots of restaurants close by but it wasn’t in a congested area.

Would have been nice to have a pool and an exercise room. We went to the Creation Museum and Ark and both days had the evening open.

It was near and tidy

I thought it was to noisy from the traffic but when we got ready to leave from our over night stay the next morning we discovered the window had been left open just a bit and that’s why it was noisy. We shut the window and it was pretty quiet. Lol. We learned to check windows at our other hotels on the way back home.

Great location and great staff! Breakfast had really varied choices, all good! There were many guests and yet it was peaceful and quiet. Restaurants nearby was a plus.

It really could use updating. Carpeting looked original and baseboards were crumbly and a bit dirty. No full length mirror ( which women hope to find), and needed more electrical outlets.

The attendees were all very pleasant. The room was a small but cute room, however it had a nasty smell.

I did not like the horrible smell in the room and the desk attendant would have given us another room, but I didn't want to pack up everything to move, but by the time we had gone to bed, I had wished we had moved. I would stay there again but take notice of the room first.

Was very pleased with the breakfast the room worked out very well for us. The only thing I didn’t like was when I walked off the elevator there was a strange odor throughout the hallway.
