Excellent Hotel! The room was very clean, and the bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. The breakfast was awesome and well stocked with an assortment food. The main Plus was the service we received from the front desk employee who checked us in. Her name was Cyndy, and she went above and beyond to assure us that our stay would be comfortable. She was so very kind and knowledgeable! Hampton Inn should be very Proud to have an employee like her!

Breakfast was good, beds were nice, shower was nice, pool was good. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Was exactly what you'd expect.

My only complaint was another guest. There was a man who was following my daughter around the pool and made myself and other parents uncomfortable. When I instructed my child to come to where I was, he followed. I confronted him and I sent her to the other end away from him. I was in the pool area for less than 15 mins and nearly pulled her out and back to our room. He ended up leaving the area shortly thereafter and I let her stay. Other than that, the stay was great.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was professional and friendly. Coffee made available throughout the day.

Vending machines were confusing. Pool has fishbowl view and is in route from main entrance. This may likely cause some to skip pool so they don't feel like being on display. We are making suggestion to The Arc Encounter to partner with nearby hotels for shuttle service to this site. Guests we met at hotel were all going to The Arc.

Breakfast was very nice, and I was glad it was so close to the ark. Everyone was very friendly. Glad we had a room with a couch.

Was a little disappointed that the people in the room next to us were extremely noisy. Their 3 year old child was slamming the doors and screaming in the hall after 10pm. For 3 night straight. I know it isn't the hotels fault but it wasn't pleasant.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and staff is friendly/helpful. Great breakfast options as well!

The pool area was clean and they provided plenty of towels but there were several large cracks in the ceiling and walls. Parts of the walls looked as though they had been patched and the bottom of the door was severely rusted.

Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great but during our 3 day stay we were only able to enjoy it once as the other 2 days there was no seating. Hard to handle food taking it back to the room.

Staff was very friendly when I phoned and in person. Two at the counter introduced themselves by name and said if we needed anything they’d be happy to help. We requested porta crib and brought it right away. Debbie, the breakfast concierge, was joyful and conversational and breakfast was great! When we first pulled in there were many containers in the premises and wondered if we’d have a negative experience but it was ver positive. Rooms clean and comfy! Areas we saw were pretty and looked great.

Everything great. Maybe in renovating add larger pool space and hot tub?

Breakfast was good I really enjoyed it. The room was comfortable nice and updated!!!we booked six rooms and had no complaints at all the hotel staff was friendly and available for any needs or concerns.

At the end of our stay after I checked out, there was a charge for the room I stayed in when we had already paid. I called and left my name and number however my call was not returned. But the charge fell off so no harm no foul

Cleanliness, friendly staff, coffee, available! loved that they filled our requests for location of a room. Fortunately, we had quiet neighbors, and a quiet floor!

Cindy was great! She was very kind and helpful. Piper was so sweet she made sure I got blueberry cookies the next night. Debbie was awesome with the breakfast she went around making sure everyone got what they wanted. Loved our stay here. We felt like we were family!
