Our room was clean, spacious enough for two people. The breakfast was very good - hot and plentiful. The cook/server was especially friendly - she asked if we needed anything, and she was being genuine, not just being polite. I, especially, liked the choice of pillows - soft and hard. That was so helpful.

Suggestions: 1. Put a label on the AC/heat unit that the control/thermostat is on the wall. We didn't see the thermostat on the other side of the room, and assumed that the unit was to be controlled by the buttons on the unit. When nothing worked, we called the desk. She came up, was friendly, and helpful. WE laughed at ourselves. 2. The bathtub needs more grab bars. For a person who uses a cane (not in the shower :-), one bar is not enough. 3. Grab bars around the toilet would be VERY helpful.

There was a variety of breakfast options for everyone. Breakfast was fresh and plenty to choose from.

One lady on the breakfast staff needs to learn to be more patience with guests. I witnessed guest ask for water, the staff harshly told her “ it’s right in front of you”, and pointed to each letter and spelled the word water to the lady. I felt that was rude especially since she is guest that has probably never stayed there before to know where things are.

We showed up very early and the room wasn't ready yet. We wanted to go to the Ark Experience and asked the young man at the front desk if we could leave our electric plug-in cooler that we keep insulin in while we went to the park so we wouldn't have to leave it in the hot car. He immediately accommodated our request, which made our day a lot better.

Everything was really great. We can always depend on this chain for clean, modern, comfortable rooms. The only thing that I would suggest 6for them to provide a couple more coffee pods in the room.

The breakfast was awesome, the stuff was really helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, I would highly recommend my friends and family to stay there.

The road to get in the parking lot, the bump was a little to high, I would fix that, everything else was awesome, I would still stay here though, loved itmy

Extremely clean, fantastic breakfast every morning-kind and helpful breakfast staff. Hotel is perfectly located to a Walmart and various restaurants, and a gas station. Pool and gym area were perfect as well .12 minutes from the Ark Encounter- which was the purpose of our trip.

Breakfast was fabulous. There were lots of choices and the lady servicing the food was soooo nice and accommodating. All the staff - I mean ALL were so friendly and made sure things were good. They were all happy, smiling and a great family atmosphere. Even the patrons were so friendly.

The location was very good...close to the highway! i was disappointed as the we could not watch our own content on the TV (the casting service was down. Also our bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan...but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay!

Very new clean , pool is amazing , the staff is very nice ! Bonny ( I believe ) the lady who took care of the breakfast area was very nice and friendly. Just really enjoyed the vibe . It’s affordable and close to the Ark the main reason why we stayed there.

The Hotel is new, very clean. Breakfast typical of hotel free breakfast. Would be nice to have some fruit options available. Very close to Walmart and takeout food (KFC, PIZZA,SUBS) perfect for our overnight travelling through on our way to Florida and warmer weather.

Brand new facility only 3 months old! Excellent breakfast. Super staff. Very comfortable bed! Different softness of pillows to chose from. Nice shower with foot rest.

Construction quality control could use some work. Shower door didn't close correctly. The installation wasn't square.
