The staff was incredibly nice and the breakfast was really good. Pretty sure there are new carpets throughout the hallways. The location was really nice we were only a few miles from the ark encounter and there were plenty of places around us to get a good meal. It's right behind a gas station and convenience store so that was great as well.

They really couldn't do anything about the elevator being broken. The room smelled pretty musty. It was very strong odor when we first went in. Took a couple hours of running the air conditioner to get the smell to go away or for us just to get used to it. I'm not sure which.

We loved the king size bed, very comfortable. The room was a very good size, we had a fridge and microwave even though we didn't use them on this occasion they are great to have. Rooms were clean, towels were changed each day, and bed made. We loved the breakfast, it was good quality and plenty of it. Much better than we had on a recent cruise.

The only issue we found was the air con was very noisy, just old, i think. And being on the 2nd floor, we could hear the person above getting up in early hours to leave. The floor was very creaky. Consequently, we have requested the top floor for future bookings, so that we can avoid that issue.

The staff was exceptional, super friendly, and helpful. The elevator wasn't working, and the lady at the desk offered to help with our bags to the 3rd floor. My stay was nonrefundable, but they changed the date for me (I booked a day later than I was supposed to) without question or any extra charge.

The room could have used a little better cleaning. There were lots of hand prints on the window, mirror, headboards, the tables were very dusty, and the TV screen was really dirty. There was even a snack cake frozen in the refrigerator.

excellent hotel in multiple ways. Carla who is the check-in clerk was wonderfully helpful and friendly. The room was probably the best room i have ever stayed in, with a long bathroom counter to set your toiletries out, high toilet, strong shower. The TV was directv with many channels. the breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, and bagels, pastries, etc. there was a hot coffee pot at night to sits in the dining room and chat with. the bed was confortable and a great location from the Ark Encounter, only 8 minutes away. the price was the best around the whole area close to the Ark. Highly recommend.

The location was conveniently placed especially for travelers like us going to the Ark encounter but wanting to be close enough to other activities (in Florence for example), and the price was affordable. Our room was clean as was the facilities. The evening front desk attendant, Austin, was also awesome! Very friendly and prompt to take care of any issues we had.

The breakfast wasn’t that great. The waffles tasted sour like the batter had gone bad and the juice tasted watered down.

Breakfast was ok, which there were more options. In my opinion I paid a little too much for my rate. Overall the experience was not bad it was alot better than the other hotel. Staff was awesome. Cleaner in some places. The elevator just went out upon arrival. It was in a good location, right next to many eatery and not too far from Walmart.

I would have like for the rooms to be bigger. I would have like more options for breakfast. The elevator went out.

Great location to just about anything you need. Clean and comfortable. Nice size rooms and a great price.

The staff were the friendliest of the three motels we stayed at. They took time to tell us about the area and the Ark. they also told us about the caves a bit further south. The breakfast was the best one too. The motel was very neat and clean. The staff took pride in their work and in their hometown and it showed!

There was nothing that we did not like. We feel that it more than met our expectations. We had a little bit of driving around to find it as it was hidden back in behind some other places. Other than that we have no complaints.

I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to others. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast they offer was very good. There were good restaurants right next door and it was easily accessible to the sites we came to visit.

It really needs to be spruced up. The paint and carpet are pretty worn and there were scratches and chips on the door to the bathroom. Although, it does look like they are working on some updates...such as new curtains in the dining area. Some fresh paint and new carpet would make a world of difference!

It’s conveniently located 7-8 minutes north of the ark, and about 30 minutes south of downtown Cincinnati. Dry Ridge has good food options in the area including skiline chili, La Rosa’s Pizza, and Cracker Barrel. They serve breakfast from 6:30-9:30 am. Staff is friendly.

Room was not properly clean, toilet was dirty, furniture had a layer of dust all over it. There was a stink bug in my room the first night of my stay.
