We liked the proximity to the Ark experience, was about 8-10 minute drive. The hotel seems fairly new & everything was clean & in working order. The breakfast was also good & had lots of variety. Staff was very friendly & helpful. When I asked about local restaurants they had a sheet of paper printed out with at least 8 local recommendations. The other bonus was the suggested “quiet hours” from 10 pm -7 am as some hotels near family type attractions can have kids running up & down hallways at night time & thankfully that was not the case here. Would definitely stay here again.

I really can’t think of anything negative.

Clean hotel. Staff was great. Elevators are quick & quiet. Breakfast was great. Indoor pool was nice & the strong chlorine smell really opened up my sinuses.

At the time of making reservations, make sure to take note of the taxes to avoid any surprises when time to check out. Also note the parking spaces are tight and there are no pull-thru spaces for vehicles with trailers. Nice place & staff, but prices double in summer time due to nearby tourist attractions.

Our room was clean, spacious enough for two people. The breakfast was very good - hot and plentiful. The cook/server was especially friendly - she asked if we needed anything, and she was being genuine, not just being polite. I, especially, liked the choice of pillows - soft and hard. That was so helpful.

Suggestions: 1. Put a label on the AC/heat unit that the control/thermostat is on the wall. We didn't see the thermostat on the other side of the room, and assumed that the unit was to be controlled by the buttons on the unit. When nothing worked, we called the desk. She came up, was friendly, and helpful. WE laughed at ourselves. 2. The bathtub needs more grab bars. For a person who uses a cane (not in the shower :-), one bar is not enough. 3. Grab bars around the toilet would be VERY helpful.

There was a variety of breakfast options for everyone. Breakfast was fresh and plenty to choose from.

One lady on the breakfast staff needs to learn to be more patience with guests. I witnessed guest ask for water, the staff harshly told her “ it’s right in front of you”, and pointed to each letter and spelled the word water to the lady. I felt that was rude especially since she is guest that has probably never stayed there before to know where things are.

We showed up very early and the room wasn't ready yet. We wanted to go to the Ark Experience and asked the young man at the front desk if we could leave our electric plug-in cooler that we keep insulin in while we went to the park so we wouldn't have to leave it in the hot car. He immediately accommodated our request, which made our day a lot better.

Everything was really great. We can always depend on this chain for clean, modern, comfortable rooms. The only thing that I would suggest 6for them to provide a couple more coffee pods in the room.

Everything was great. Good atmosphere, good food, helpful staff and overall a great experience. Fully accommodating for a family of 6. Washers and dryers on the property helped us not overpack so we can have some space for mementos. Staff always made sure we were comfortable. Need extra towels and we got them. Needed some plates for the pizza we ordered and they had it.

The breakfast was awesome, the stuff was really helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, I would highly recommend my friends and family to stay there.

The road to get in the parking lot, the bump was a little to high, I would fix that, everything else was awesome, I would still stay here though, loved itmy

Extremely clean, fantastic breakfast every morning-kind and helpful breakfast staff. Hotel is perfectly located to a Walmart and various restaurants, and a gas station. Pool and gym area were perfect as well .12 minutes from the Ark Encounter- which was the purpose of our trip.

Everything was super-clean & in excellent shape. Bed & linens were fabulous & resulted in a wonderful night’s sleep. Breakfast was very good & plentiful. Staff were friendly & very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the Ark Encounter!!!
