We requested an accessible room and got one with a really nice roll-in shower, with a small lip so water did not run into the bathroom. McKensey did a great job during check-in, and when we realized there was no ironing board in the room, she got us a new one immediately. The room had a nice lounge chair, a large bench for suitcases, great shades, and a very comfortable bed. There was a great freezer in the room fridge. The best part of the experience was CARLA in the kitchen. Her biscuits and potatoes were fabulous, she assisted when the pancake maker needed a boost, and heated something in the oven for me. I also saw her assist someone not capable of serving herself.

The hotel was generally well-appointed, and all staff members we encountered were kind and helpful. The beds were pretty comfy for a hotel. Breakfast was expansive and kept well stocked. The location was great, it felt like everything was a short drive away.

My biggest complaint (as with most hotels with a pool) is that the pool was not kept warm enough. If you went first thing in the morning it was chilly, but not unswimmable. As the day progressed it got so cold only the most determined child would swim, I didn't see an adult who could tolerate it. This is a frustrating trend in hotels as many of us parents book hotels with pools for family fun, the kids are over the moon excited to get to swim and then the "heated" pools are kept so cold no one can get in. Please, please, please, hotels, heat your pools to a tolerable level!

The location was excellent as this hotel is within minutes of restaurants and shopping. I was attending a conference at another hotel and it was only 10 minutes away. I had planned to commute but the weather was iffy, so I came earlier. The bed was comfortable, and the room spacious. The internet and TV both worked well. I would stay here again.

The pool was a little too cool for me. All else was perfect!

The breakfast was great, a really nice touch. We loved the location. We were close to Keeneland Race Track and major highways to get into Lexington, but also close to the opposite end of the area... close to other cities like Midway, Frankfort, Versailles, etc. And a nice bonus was being walking distance to a super Kroger.

The only thing we wished for was a little bit more storage in the room.

Location was great. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was ok but not great. I wish I had booked directly with the hotel rather than through Booking.com. We had to come home earlier than planned and the hotel would have refunded us but Booking.com doesn't give that option. Lesson learned for future trips, book directly with hotels for better service.

We have stayed here before but didn't eat breakfast this time, but they have a hot breakfast which is really good. Quite & close to family we were visiting. Plenty of places to eat. The rooms are a good size & the beds were comfortable.

When i booked through Booking. Com i was quoted one price & when i checked out i was charged a higher price at the hotel. I did not notice until we left the hotel on to our next stop. I have been using Booking, Com for many years & i have always been charged what they quoted me so i really didn't like that.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to places to eat for lunch and dinner. We chose this hotel because it was close to Keeneland, which was the reason for the stay. The hotel was on the same road as Keeneland, so the drive was really simple to get to the track, which was about 10 minutes down the road. Great breakfast! Friendly staff!

The amount of single use plastics! Plastic cups wrapped in plastic. Plastic plates knives, forks and spoons. All condiments single use wrapping. It must be a social thing as no one seemed to care about recycling. Not good

Wonderful staff and very clean.

They stopped cooking breakfast at 9am, even though they open for breakfast til 9:30 am, so there were at least a dozen of us that weren't able to get eggs/omelets or fried potatoes. They were out of cream cheese and butter for bagels and no pastries were left.

I like being able to have my own King suite by myself and not be bothered by anyone else. Also the view looking out at night from the 4th floor is very nice seeing all the lights.
