I liked how comfortable the bed was extremely comfortable. I liked the feel of the towels as well.

So that did not seem like a king sized bed, water pressure for the shower could have been a lot better. Also include the convenience fee while I'm booking. So I don't show up and have to run to atm. Maybe extend pool hours longer. I understand the desire to not have drunk people drown. Lastly I feel that breakfast should go till at least 11. I didn't have time to enjoy it.

The hotel was in a nice area and the hotel itself was very nice and clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel offers some nice extra amenities that we appreciated during our stay.

Once thing that would have been nice is if they offered a shuttle bus to Keenland during the racing months. That would be a very nice addition to our stay.

The continental breakfast was great, the receptionist/concierge (Ms. RJ!!!) was fabulous, cleanliness in every aspect of the hotel, great sized room, comfortable beds, great a/c thermostat RJ was the most exceptional receptionist I think I've ever encountered. She was friendly from the start and so very helpful when it came to recommendations around town. I'm not sure if Concierge is part of her title or not, but it definitely should be! So accommodating.

The 2 issues we had were that 1) the bathtub leaned to the side and made you feel off balance. 2) We had VERY noisy upstairs guests who at 2am were STILL stomping around and slamming doors. They had been doing it throughout the night already. Maybe we could have called the front desk but I didn't want to wake my mom up and make her worry; I guess I was hoping that maybe a night guard or a staff member would have caught it themselves. I decided to play rain and thunderstorms from my phone to drown out the sound.

Very clean and close to restaurants and other services. Staff were accommodating and helped with a smile! Beds were comfortable and shower was hot on a very cold night!

Nothing specific to the property, but the IHG corporation should consider less plastic in their breakfast service. So many throw away items.

We were surprised to see how much was offered for breakfast. There was the biscuit and gravy, omelets, bacon, sausage, fresh pancakes, cinnamon rolls, plus fresh fruit and more. The facility was very clean, the staff was always helpful and nice. You must eat at Drake's near the hotel... Burgers, Beer and Sushi was awesome!

The key cards would stop working every day at 11 and they needed reactivated. They also were very sensitive when trying to open the room door. The side door never worked for entry. We always had to walk around.

Price was amazing. Facility was clean and nice. Staff were very nice and helpful with everything we needed. The handicap room we had for my brother was so big and spacious for his wheelchair. He didn't use the shower but we were very pleased to find the shower chair.

We have stayed at A LOT of hotels, and this was the best non-luxury hotel we've stayed at. Spotless. Smelled good. Amazing customer service (RJ was great!). Location was fantastic (Ate at Drake's a couple parking lots over - delicious!). Soft bed. It checked all the boxes for us.

very clean, staff was super amazing it’s my second time staying there and highly recommend it to families and even as a getaway very close to everything and food everywhere happy to leave a comment.

The location was perfect. Easy to navigate to and from. Restaurants in walking distance. Very clean and best of all, the doors do not slam. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

Staff went out of their way. We were there during a severe storm and lost power. RJ came to the commons area and assured us they were monitoring the situation and kept us abreast of the weather for travel purposes. I will definitely stay at this location when I come to the area.
