We had such a wonderful stay here – everything was just perfect! The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a lovely private terrace where we could relax. We especially loved the delicious coffee and the amazing breakfast! The location couldn’t be better either – just a 3-minute walk to the bus stop that takes you straight to Efteling. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were the amazing hosts, Ron and Sandra. Ron kindly offered to drive us to the park two days in a row, and on the day we left, they even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us – such a thoughtful gesture. The sweetest surprise was when they found out it was our son's birthday and gave him a present – we were so moved by their thoughtfulness! Thank you so much, Ron and Sandra, for your generosity and warm hospitality. It was truly a pleasure staying at your place. If we ever return to Efteling, you will definitely be our first choice! 😊

The property is immaculate, it’s comfortable and has everything you require. We had our own little private courtyard to relax in, and there is air conditioning so you control the room temperature. Ron is just the most perfect and welcoming host nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast wow…. I’ve never seen such a massive continental selection which varied each day and not to mention Ron’s eggs try the scrambled they are amazing. Both rooms were occupied one by us and the other by another family and we never heard any noise it’s very well soundproofed. There’s a fridge in a little communal area you can use and coffee machine absolutely perfect we will be back. Little tip try the restaurant Grillig at the end of the road all you can eat Tapas it’s amazing. Also the Lucky Apple which is approx a 10 minute drive away fabulous another all you can eat with included drinks. You won’t be disappointed

We had a wonderful stay at Ron's B&B. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the Efteling amusement park (reachable by bus, just 1 bus stop away), making it super convenient for us. The room was beautifully decorated, very spaciosus and suitable for families wirh children, The beds were incredibly comfortable, .The breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality from the owner. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We both felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this B&B for families visiting the area!

From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly warm and welcoming. Throughout our stay, he struck the perfect balance—readily available if we needed anything, but never intrusive. We appreciated that the B&B rooms are in a separate building at the end of a private driveway, with their own entrance, which made the stay feel peaceful and independent from the main house. The breakfast was a classic and generous continental spread, with yogurts, cheeses, fresh breads, juice, and eggs. On the morning we had to leave early, he thoughtfully prepared a to-go bag for us, which was more than enough and truly appreciated. Our room had a private entrance with a small outdoor seating area, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. Inside, it was beautifully designed, clean, and cozy, with a fantastic built-in bunk bed that our son loved climbing to the top of. The little nightlight nook in each bunk was a lovely bonus. The bathroom was compact but had everything we needed and was well stocked.

It’s honestly hard to think of anything we didn’t like. If we had to make one small suggestion, it would be to offer a variety of pillow types—perhaps one softer or lower-profile option—as the ones provided were a bit firm and large for our personal preference.

Where to even start. The best accommodation we have ever stayed in. And that's including the amazing host from start to finish, going above and beyond with everything. I don't think you will find better host anywhere, and that's true and honest opinion. It felt like staying with an extended family. Accommodation looked great on pictures but even better feel in real. Spacious room, very clean, very comfy beds, towels and some toiletries provided. Great breakfast. Efteling park walking distance, or you can take a short bus ride, restaurants round the corner. Very quiet location with private seating area outside. I honestly couldn't recommend this B&B and the host enough. I am glad I made the decision of booking it. The best choice ever.

The whole area is very well maintained and clean. From the very beginning our host welcomed us in a very hospitable and friendly manner and this continued throughout our stay. The purpose of our visit was Efteling theme park it is 3 mins by car and 20 mins if you walk there is also a bus every 15 mins. Ron (the owner Ron kindly drove us there) which was very helpful as it was cold outside. It made a great impression on me and caused great gratitude as last year on inexperience we stayed in a hotel to which it was difficult to reach and only by taxi which by the way also not willingly came for us. And the atmosphere was completely different. Here everything is clean, beautiful and cosy with a lovely delicious breakfast we felt like we were staying with friends. Next time we stay here. Everything was absolutely perfect 👌

Our lovely dedicated host ensured we had everything we needed for a perfectly comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kaatsheuvel. The peaceful room was spotlessly clean with welcoming and cosy décor, great light and temperature control, access to a fridge and kitchen sink. The trampoline in the garden was a welcome surprise, greatly appreciated by the kids who hardly stopped bouncing. Our host provided a decadent feast of a breakfast, a real holiday treat, setting us up for the day ahead. We wished we were staying a few days longer.

This is an exceptional B&B and you can easily see why it was awarded the best B&B in Holland. The room is enormous and luxurious, beautifully decorated and with everything you may need. You will have your best night's sleep in the amazing bed. The breakfast is out of this world! A beautifully presented selection of local Dutch delicacies, which varies daily - you will be blown away by it. The host, Ron, is so friendly and accommodating and will do anything to help you during your stay. A free parking space is located in the driveway to the property.

First of all to complement Ron, he was an excellent host, nothing was too much for him, he was a pleasure to be around. The room was spotless and large, the bunk beds were brilliant for the kids and the private courtyard was lovely. Breakfast was brilliant, catered for the kids, different options each day, plenty of good food. Efteling was a short car/bus journey away so perfect location.

Everything was excellent!

Very good breakfast. The room was very comfortable and even had a lovely secuded sunny terrace. There was free beer and soft drinks and tea and coffee. The owner was very helpful and drove us to the Efteling each morning The Efeling was around a 15-20 mins walk. We also walked from the property to the sand dunes, which was lovely. Thanks a lot! If we are in the area again, we will come back.
