The Serra Boutique Hotel is quite new. We were told by a staff member that the hotel was less than a year old and the bar had only been completed within the last 9 months. The staff was very welcoming and during our stay proved to be very knowledgeable about the hotel and very professional. One small thing that I really appreciated about the hotel was that my phone was immediately connected to WiFi when I walked in the hotel. I didn’t need to sign-in or anything. The terms beautiful and tasteful apply to the whole hotel. While the bar is somewhat flamboyant with its lime and fuchsia upholstered furniture. The restaurant has more of a Moorish feel with clay tiles creating a decorative pattern on the walls. The hotel rooms while of a minimalist decor do not detract at all from the comfort of the guests. There is everything you could possibly want in a hotel room from a work area to a separate area to put on makeup and do your hair. I was so fascinated by the decor of the hotel, that I kept taking photos to share with family and friends. Regarding food and drink, the bar has a somewhat limited but well curated list. How many bars can provide a glass of Jurançon wine? The breakfast buffet had any type of breakfast you could wish for; ham and cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon, cereal, pastries, etc. Dinner was also a buffet with both hot and cold choices.

I would have preferred a frosted glass door on the bathroom rather than clear glass with vertical lines. We had some difficulty finding the hotel as the signage was not obvious.

Such a lovely design hotel in the middle of quiet Agen. If you are looking for a boutique hotel with some understated luxury and nice wine, this is the place to stay. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to walk to the center. Great sauna for hotel guests. Tip: If you stay on Saturday, there is a real farmers market opposite the hotel. With all the farmers from the area selling their excellent produce. Sunday brunch with we haven't done yet. But their seafood we had at the hotel was excellent.

Central..not far from station..serious value for money...solo traveler room 308..large comfy room.loved the contemporary design..had room service..breakfast..delicious..and ate in lounge cheese and pricey wine but worth it..The big hit for me was excellent staff..really cool chilled and professional young people..able to multi task and really able to communicate...fiona great girl...she's a keeper. Would have spent more on the wine..she's intresting and knowledgeable..understands people and quickly reads situations..yes will be my go to hotel in Agen...thanks folks

It's not a didn't like..its something you missed. If people order tea...always..just always add a little jug of 🥛 tks

Although this is a 4-star hotel, it deserves all 5! Everything was just amazing.. warm and welcoming staff members, really clean, modern and cosy room, perfect sauna, delicious breakfast. There are many restaurants and coffee shops around 5-10min walk. We felt so good there that we even got a bit upset that the time had passed so fast, and we had to leave this amazing place. If we visit Agen again, there is no doubt that we are staying here.

The rooms and beds are very comfortable n clean. Loved the linen bedsheets. The staff are very friendly too.

breakfast was not good. Just normal minimal. Being that it's paid for separately 70euros. Didn't like that we had to pay for the hotel parking too Dinner was canceled because they didn't have enough guests. They did recommend a good restaurant nearby though

Absolutely fantastic location at the end of our cycle tour with secure bike storage. Extraordinarily helpful staff and superb private and public areas in a beautifully renovated building.

The food. It was great to have two dining options with the wine and tapas bar for informal dining but the main restaurant buffet option seemed a little down market for the overall boutique style of the hotel.

Very comfy beds, beautiful hotel. The location is great, breakfast was very good but maybe a bit more hot food choices like pancakes or more egg choices. The hotel scent is very nice and can be purchased! The staff were all super nice and helpful and all had good English.

Small thing the shower ran out into the bathroom floor area.

The whole property smelled like a spa, it was divine. The bed was so comfortable and I really appreciated the linen sheets. Each team member gave excellent service, especially as we had so much trouble trying to arrange a taxi on our own. They had all of our requests sorted in an instant.

The staff were very helpful. A very good location, walking distance to the old town The buffet dinner was good value We very easily charged our hybrid car. The decoration of the hotel was very calming

It was very quiet when we were there so it lacked atmosphere in the common rooms and the rooms were lovely

It was very well run, with an extremely helpful staff. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom clean, well designed and invited a long soak in the tub. If this were a chain, I would happily stay in another venue.

Absolutely no complaints at all- outstanding.
