This street and hotel is a gem and very close to everything plus the beach and the big free parking lot. The couple running it are fantastic too! I liked everything! There’s no pool but I always go to the beach not a pool anyway and the Aircon her works great as well as wifi no issues at all

The location was great! In the old town near amazing restaurants and bars. 10 min walk to the beach ( maybe a bit more going back uphill ). It looks like the place had recently been renovated. Tasteful decor but inexpensive materials. All new fixtures, new tv, and new a/c that worked GREAT!

No real complaints. Some of the materials and finishing touches (paint, etc) were inexpensive, but can't really complain given the price per night. I think they could charge more ...

We had never been to Calpe before and this hotel was perfectly placed close to lots of bars and restaurants and on a beautiful street. The staff were very friendly. The hotel room although small,it was perfectly formed and had everything you needed. Air conditioning was good and the room spotlessly clean. It has a safe in the room too. 5 minutes walk to the beach. I would stay here again definitely.

Only downside is no parking but that’s due to the very central location. We parked at placa major ( if you download the app to pay it was 13€ a night )and a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Full of Character, the steps leading to the hotel are very picturesque and a bit of a photo attraction. Hotel was very clean and very well looked after inside and out. Room was ideal with lovely tiled floors throughout, Coffee maker and a fridge stocked with a few drinks, Fanta, Amstell, Water. Air conditioning in the room which was nice. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows Room was made up everyday so when you get back from the Beach you have fresh Linen, towels and toiletries. Balcony in my room so I could look down on those impressive steps The hotel has a lift inside which was a blessing on arrival with suitcases. The Beach is located about 700yds away, nice walk past shops, Bars and Restaurants. Family run hotel so they are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is a little gem and it is what Spain was renowned for with little alleyways and streets everywhere with bars and restaurants. I will definitely be coming back

Personnaly the whole Holiday was Brilliant and Hotel was superb. The only thing is Calpe is quite hilly so some older couples or people with walking problems may find it a bit of a trek from the beach back to the hotel, but a rest up in a bar for a break with a cold Beer or Wine makes the walk a lot easier.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly. In centre of old town up steps, plenty of bar/restaurants about. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city and very close by the sea. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and the guy on the desk was very helpful

Noise travelled between rooms so noisy guests meant no sleep for me as a light sleeper. Air con was very very noisy and made a clicking noise so we couldn't use it at night. It did mask the noise of the Spanish guests at 4am though for a short while till the clicking drove us mad.

Excellent location on one of the most photographed streets in Calpe. Plenty of cafes & bars around for breakfast & evening meal. Close to the main shopping street & only a 10 minute walk to the promenade. Wifi was good, which was important for us. Gabriel, the owner, was very friendly and helpful...a really nice guy, nothing was too much trouble.

I love the location! Right in the middle of a artistic stairway in the middle of old town. whenever we step out, there's always someone standing around to take pictures. It is a beautiful and instagrammable place. The area comes alive with restaurants and vibrant music. It's also only a 10 minute walk to the playa.

I don't think breakfast was an option, as we ate elsewhere. The room and balcony were lovely. Couldn't fault the hotel or the location.

The best local parking is under the Plaza Major, paid, but safe and close to the hotel.
