The room ac was nice and cold the beds and pillows where amazingly comfortable and the facility was nice and clean we will be back if we come back to Odessa.

The location to get to hotel was a bit hard to find and leaving is a bit of a pain with all the traffic that passes that was our only issue.

The bar and lounge was very nice, the rooms where spacious and comfortable

The staff was present, but not engaging. The prostitutes working the bar was a bit much. I accidentally knocked over a glass and it broke and was charged for it, after spending over $200 on dinner and drinks.

The bed was quite comfortable, and the labeling of the pillows (firm, soft, embroidered on the cases) was very helpful. The TV guide channel really helped! Breakfast was delicious.

The ice machine on my floor was not working; it was inconvenient to go to another floor for ice. My room did not include a hair dryer, quite a surprise.

it wasn’t as clean as I expected it. It needs some renovations in bathroom and doors were worn out. I didn’t like it that it had tile floors. I believe wood floors or carpet would be better and warmer as you get out of bed

From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was absolutely wonderful and the morning restaurant staff was even better! Having a full restaurant was the best! Not having to eat cold cereal or dried out bagels was so refreshing! We will absolutely stay here again whenever in Odessa! Clean, comfortable, accommodating! Highly recommend

Some of the breakfast and dinner items where not available. Bar closes early. Had trouble with card key for my room. Had to program it several times. Even front desk went up to open door. Tiring up and down elevator just to get it resolved.

This hotel was such a surprise. It was close to the interstate. It was very well lit and very attractive. It was a new hotel so everything was new and clean. The staff were lovely. The check in process was so quick and easy. This place is a little emerald in the desert. We were tired from being on the road all day. We decided to eat at the hotel (we never do that). The staff was fantastic! The food was great. We had appetizers, salad and one entree plus wine and beer and a coke. We were so happy that we could go directly to our room after dinner and crash.

Having a full sit-down breakfast (instead of a continental breakfast) and nice workout room were very pleasant surprises. I would definitely stay here again!

There was very poor water pressure in the shower.

U have to have a voucher to eat. We ate with family

Smell in hallway smelled a little moldy
