Great location and spacious rooms, much bigger than anticipated! Great street front area with lots of boutique shops and cafes. The bike storage area is great and the staff were very helpful despite our language differences. Had a change of plans in our schedule so booked in to stay a second night here. Close to the old town and the Berg.

It is not dislike but about giving my feedback: 1, parking lot is not provided by this hotel because it is located in downtown by walking street. Therefore guests can park in a big parking lot that is controlled and very very cheap. It is 5 mins walking time. 2, there is no person always sitting at front desk. when you arrived you have to call them. The hotel is also not as high as others where the front desk is always available.

Great location, center of town. Clean facility and our twin room was extra big.

Description on where to park. In the end we got great insight from the nice lady at reception, be ready to pull your baggage from public car park to the hotel.

Great venue! Stayed for an overnight stop to break the long drive. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast which the kids liked. We arrived late and that allowed us to drive al the way upfront with car. During daytime the area is closed and you will need a short walk through the nice historic city center. Kids over the medieval setting and the castle on the hill

Room was fully equipped and was in line with the photos and description.

We travelled with a dog and additional 15 EUR were paid for advanced room cleaning which was fair price for cleaning efforts and also a possibility to have our below family member with us. I would like to propose to add this information to the Booking page to avoid any misunderstandings for the guests.

Good location in the town, close to all amenities

Although check out was 11.00 I had the cleaner knocking on my door around 09.30 wanting me to vacate the room when I was not ready to do so. When I left , at around 10.45 there was nobdy around so I left key in door of room

Good location in the city center (2 min from parking place), they have different rooms, clean, wi-fi, friendly staff, good service for good price.

I would add more food for breakfast. The breakfast is quite modest. I was missing scrambled eggs or just smth hot.

Wonderful location. Very friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast buffet was very good value.

Bathroom was immaculate but hints of mould in shower should be managed by cleaning staff.

The staff were awesome, very helpful, and kind. Location was great! Was a little more noise from the street than we are used to, but I think this is part of the experience of staying at a boutique hotel in the city center.
