Absolutely great Stay!! Thanks so much for Elena Hu, was big surprise we had a personal Butler, any time we could write, Elena answered immediately, really great service, you can imagine!! Kids got presents and they are so happy!! The best place and service, highly recommended! Cleaning super, all is perfect!! Will be paradise for kids and grown up. Really nothing negative comes to my mind

It is a perfect vacation spot for all ages, family, couple etc. Room was spotless and top of the class, lounge accommodated us with breakfast which was very convenient, and unlimited access to the water park was a huge plus. There are many types of restaurants, free access to the aquarium, pools that are open until 10pm with cocktail bar with live music, and numerous shops. We wish we were here for more days. Finally, we had huge help from our personal concierges, Dikshya and Fahad, who helped us from the day we arrived at the airport, facilitated our check-in, gave us information about the hotel whenever we needed, provided us with every extra amenities whenever we asked so we don't ever have to call the front desk, and even surprised us with cake and lovely room decoration for my wife's birthday. We would love to visit here again in the future.

This was our first time in Sanya, and choosing to stay at Atlantis was absolutely the best decision we could have made, especially with kids! The resort offers a perfect mix of luxury, fun, and thoughtful service that made our stay truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our personal butler, Fatima, who went above and beyond to assist us at any hour. Her kindness and attentiveness made us feel completely at home. The level of service throughout the resort was exceptional, there was always someone available to help, and we were especially grateful for the staff's ability to communicate in English, which made everything so easy. The Aquapark and Lost Chambers aquarium were absolute highlights for the whole family! There was never a dull moment, and our kids were constantly entertained. On top of that, the resort surprised us with fresh fruit in our room every few days, and our children were thrilled with the adorable gifts they received. It’s those extra touches that made the experience so special. Housekeeping was impeccable, our room was always spotless and well-maintained. Overall, Atlantis Sanya exceeded all expectations. It’s a paradise for families and an ideal place to create lasting memories. We are so thankful for the incredible hospitality and can’t wait to return!

Our stay at Hotel Atlantis was truly magical! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning and spacious hotel interiors—everything was impeccably clean, fragrant, and luxurious. The impressive aquarium added a unique charm to the atmosphere. Our room was large and comfortable, and our children especially loved the bunk bed, the beautiful wall art, and the fresh fruit provided in the room. We also appreciated the soft towels, slippers, and bathrobes, which were thoughtfully prepared for both adults and children. The water park was huge and offered endless fun for all age groups. There were thrilling slides for adventure seekers and relaxing pools for those looking to unwind—something for everyone to enjoy! Breakfast was phenomenal—there was everything you could imagine! Soups, fresh fruit, great coffee, and delicious sweet pastries. It was the perfect start to each day The biggest and most pleasant surprise, however, was our assistant, Elena. She was exceptionally kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Hotel Atlantis left us in awe, and now we know—we won’t make the mistake of staying for just a short visit next time. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay!

We had a truly wonderful 4-night stay at Atlantis Sanya with our two children (ages 7 and 1). The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly our incredible butler, Farhana. From the moment she messaged me before our arrival, I knew we were in good hands. She personally greeted us the second we arrived, warmly welcomed our family, and guided us to our room. Throughout our stay, Farhana went above and beyond—always available to answer our questions, anticipate our needs, and make sure everything ran smoothly. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Even when I accidentally left an item in the room after checkout, she quickly and effortlessly arranged to have it returned to me. Atlantis Sanya is a fantastic hotel with excellent amenities, but it was Farhana’s exceptional care and attention that made our trip truly unforgettable.

The facilities provided by Atlantis were amazing. There is a great water park just 5-10 minutes walking distance, two good size hotel pools, a decent size onsite aquarium with some free shows, a C show centre, plenty of shops and restaurants. I even watched a 3D film! Plenty of other entertainments for the kids. The hotel room was good size and clean. The hotel located conveniently to plenty of restaurants and two tax free shopping centers. It's easy to do takeaways or deliveries. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Everytime I need anything, they always act promptly. Our butler Shakhzod checked in with us everyday to see if there was anything he may be of help. Our cleaner was also incredibly amazing. We have had a great experience staying at Atlantis, I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The prices of the facilities and restaurants were a little too expensive, however, this is probably what to expect for a 5 star hotels.
