The four bedroom villa is simply enormous and can easily accommodate up to eight people. There is oodles of communal space, and for guests that want some solitude there are two large balconies, a small garden by the pool, and a courtyard on the lower level. The estate staff were always helpful, arranging for an airport transfer, offering advice, and even driving guests around the estate in electric buggies. They use WeChat for all rapid communications, which makes it convenient for everyone. The estate is adjacent to a long and pleasant sandy beach. The local beach area is subject to undertow, so don't expect to go swiming in the sea within the viscinity of the estate. Expect a pleasant 200-900m walk through the estate to reach the beach, depending on location of the allocated villa.

The kitchen facilities were sparse and barely sufficient to cook much for eight people. There was insufficient cuttlery and tableware for the maximum number of guests and several cooking instruments were rusty and not fit for use. All the beds had hard Chinese style matteresses, which was uncomfortable for guests accustomed to much softer matteresses. The four bedroom villa with pool was advertised with a "hot tub", but upon arrival this was discovered to not be the case. It seems that the four bedroom villas either have a pool OR a hot tub. Not both.

A perfect, peaceful getaway with excellent service .The amenities were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met throughout our stay.

The location of the property is excellent—quiet, comfortable, and perfect for relaxation.

The property is terrible. You can literally see all the stains on the mirror. The restroom is really weird, it is in the bedroom, but there is only glass wall and glass door around it, which makes it really uncomfortable. The bathtub is not very clean, I did not use it though. The pool outside is useless. If you open the curtain, you could feel the adjacent house is right in front your face which give you NO PRIVACY. Because of this, I never open the curtain during my entire stay. The more important thing is that the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE, they literally yelled at us and refused to apologize. We have to spend our time to report to the Consumers Association in China. Only we did that, they could treat us normally. It is an horrible experience and it does NOT WORTH THE MONEY at all. The air conditioning is bad as well, it is loud and annoying, I did not sleep well at all. Additionally, it seems they do not welcome any foreign customers. We have to use WeChat to contact their staff, it seems that they will never answer a phone call from any numbers overseas. I called them 10 times during their working time for 3 days(this is not refundable, so I have to get into contact with them.), and every time I was hung up, and when they finally answered, they required me to add the staff as WeChat friend, which is really annoying. They just send messages anytime they want. The beach nearby is not as good as Yalong bay, the service is not comparable to any normal hotel nearby.
