Absolutely great Stay!! Thanks so much for Elena Hu, was big surprise we had a personal Butler, any time we could write, Elena answered immediately, really great service, you can imagine!! Kids got presents and they are so happy!! The best place and service, highly recommended! Cleaning super, all is perfect!! Will be paradise for kids and grown up. Really nothing negative comes to my mind

Our stay at Hotel Atlantis was truly magical! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning and spacious hotel interiors—everything was impeccably clean, fragrant, and luxurious. The impressive aquarium added a unique charm to the atmosphere. Our room was large and comfortable, and our children especially loved the bunk bed, the beautiful wall art, and the fresh fruit provided in the room. We also appreciated the soft towels, slippers, and bathrobes, which were thoughtfully prepared for both adults and children. The water park was huge and offered endless fun for all age groups. There were thrilling slides for adventure seekers and relaxing pools for those looking to unwind—something for everyone to enjoy! Breakfast was phenomenal—there was everything you could imagine! Soups, fresh fruit, great coffee, and delicious sweet pastries. It was the perfect start to each day The biggest and most pleasant surprise, however, was our assistant, Elena. She was exceptionally kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Her warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Hotel Atlantis left us in awe, and now we know—we won’t make the mistake of staying for just a short visit next time. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay!

The facilities provided by Atlantis were amazing. There is a great water park just 5-10 minutes walking distance, two good size hotel pools, a decent size onsite aquarium with some free shows, a C show centre, plenty of shops and restaurants. I even watched a 3D film! Plenty of other entertainments for the kids. The hotel room was good size and clean. The hotel located conveniently to plenty of restaurants and two tax free shopping centers. It's easy to do takeaways or deliveries. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Everytime I need anything, they always act promptly. Our butler Shakhzod checked in with us everyday to see if there was anything he may be of help. Our cleaner was also incredibly amazing. We have had a great experience staying at Atlantis, I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The prices of the facilities and restaurants were a little too expensive, however, this is probably what to expect for a 5 star hotels.

The hotel was good, and we had a comfortable stay for 4 days and 3 nights. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side, the temperature dropped on the day we arrived, making it unsuitable for water activities. Over the first three days, we only managed about two hours of water play in total. Thankfully, on the last day, just when we needed to check out by 12 pm, the sun finally came out, and we got to enjoy the water for a few hours. It felt like such a waste of the experience. On a positive note, the staff, especially our butler Majeed Arif, was very helpful throughout our trip. He took great care of us and always had answers to our questions. On the last day, he even managed to get dolphin soft toys for both my son and daughter, which was a lovely touch. However, there were a couple of issues. First, the payment process was frustrating, I had to make the payment three times because the first two attempts had incorrect amounts. Thankfully, there was no overcharge😅 Another thing to note is the additional cost for kids. We had to pay an extra RMB 600 per day for my child; otherwise, not all the facilities would be accessible for four people. We initially wanted to share one room among three adults and two kids for convenience. While the bed was big enough, the toilet wasn’t really sufficient for all of us. Next time, we’d probably opt for a suite or two separate rooms for more comfort. Overall, while the stay was comfortable, I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again. During check-in and breakfast, the place was extremely crowded, almost like a market. The experience could have been much better.

Check-in process was fairly easy and lucky to have two rooms ready around 10am, so could go to water park carefree straight away. All facility is very modern and thoughtful.

Did have an unfortunate accident, I had a bad fall in the hotel lobby as there was water on the floor. They did get the cleaning staff over very quickly, but the pain bothered me about two days when walking. Also didn't understand why they locked all the sun loungers to prevent you adjusting the height when sitting down, found it very strange! Also bear in mind all outdoor dining area is smoking area which I found the design is not reasonable, as 9/10 tables had young kids, and it's very bad to allow people come out and smoke anywhere they prefer around the children!

The hotel is massive with over 1400 rooms and very extensive grounds if you include the water park. Our booking had unlimited access to the water park and lost chamber aquarium which was a real plus. Having a mid week booking ment the water park was not busy and we did not have to que for any of the attractions, but there is a general lack of sun beds. The buffet was good but very busy but the food was much the same every night. Beer wine and cocktails are included. There are no local shops within walking distance, but taxis are readily available. Staff are friendly and helpful but virtually none speak English, but we did find Thawne at the front desk whose fluent in English and extremely helpful.

The hotel is grand and their service level is generally high. There are many staff around to assist and guide. The rooms are huge and well maintained. The best thing I like about this hotel is its package which comes with admission tickets to its aquarium and water park, both of equally high quality. We enjoyed visiting the parks multiple times during our stay, for example to watch the beluga or mermaid performance on different days. There are multiple food outlets to try different local Hainanese food too.

The cost of the food there can be less expensive. It will be good if the hotel provides pickups with tour operators.

Beautiful hotel with lot of activities for kids, good options for food in the hotel itself. Pool and beach is very good and clean.Don’t miss out the dolphin interaction and the show in the hotel. Big shout to Arif in the butler service, he was very helpful throughout our stay, he was always making sure that we have everything we need and ensuring our comfort. Also big thanks to the Lounge team on the 48th floor.

Simran was our butler who is friendly and always happy to assist. There was some miscommunication about meal plans between the hotel and booking.com. Simran was professional in assisting us to get the problem resolved. Our room was spacious , clean and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the facilities and the waterpark . Buffets provided were excellent and we had a relaxing and comfortable stay at Atlantis Sanya.

There were some issues at the start which Simran helped us resolve . We enjoyed our stay overall and it was a great way to end our trip .

The guest service at Atlantis Sanya was by far the best amongst all the hotels that I have stayed at hainan island so far. The complimentary visits to the aquarium and the water park was the main attraction for the stay. The hotel is really big, and we could just stay within the hotel without leaving it for the entire stay.

The prices of the dining area in the hotel is slightly higher than average. The place is also really crowded. But because of the large area, this did not really affect the stay. We requested for higher level rooms but we didn’t manage to get them.
