An old hotel which well maintained. The room is clean without any smoke or weird smell. Even the balcony keep in good condition too. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of plants.

The glass door’s lock to balcony was broken. Feel unsafe. Only provided hand wash in the bathroom. No shampoo or body shampoo given. No cup in the room, I can’t have a cup of tea at the balcony.

Great location - just off the busy areas/main road. Just around the corner, there's a small shopping mall, and beside it, places to eat, convenience stores. Nice area for walking in the mornings. Reception kakak was very friendly!

1. Car parking lots limited (tho the reception staff did tell us where else to park if it was full). Motorbike was parked at the narrow sheltered walkway so we had to walk in the drizzle. Maybe put a No Parking sign or yellow box there? 2. There were noisy kids screeching late into the night and parents not doing about it. There are signs to keep noise down - but no enforcement

Location: Very convenient 10mins walk from the bus station Tanah Rata Freesia. Nearby some restaurants, convenient stores and some souvenir item shops. Room The place is well- decorated with beautiful flowers. The lobby and the reception area is very clean. Our room is clean and even the common area. Staff: Mr. Usman the receptionist is very helpful during our check in and even help us booking the tour. The tour here is cheaper comparing to all the travel tours.Its convenient for us. Tour: We paid 50RM each (excluding entrance fees)way better price from Klook or other travel agency. We had an amazing half day tour 8:30-13:00, consist of 4 Belgians, 2 Dutches, 1 French and 1 Filipino.Our driver was amazing we arrived at every location before the big group of tourists. We enjoy the place with less people 😄.It was a pick up and drop off in our hotel.We started and finished the tour on time.Aside from being our Jeepney driver for this tour we had an great photos too taken by him.👍 Highly Recommended for those who will be travelling CH! It is in strategic location walkable to many shops and restaurants. The hotel full of colorful flowers and unique english design building. The room was okay. Toilet was okay. Hot water was provided. The bed was average with 1 pillow only per person. The cornes they sell are cheaper than outside.

The private parking was limited. In the room, I heard sound of people walking above me. Not so sound proof.

then staff very helpful and friendly. i love the surrounded environment. near to shop if want to find foods. and near to supermarket too. all the things, i'm veery in love with your scones! one of the beest scones in cameron.

i know the cameron highland already cold. but i think , it necessary have small fan inside the room especially on afternoon. At night ,i'm barely to sleep because of the warm in the room until i need to open the window which is very dangerous because animal might enter the room from the window. or maybe someone else can peek into our room while we are sleeping.

This is our last minute stay but overall everything is satisfying. The environment was superb. Suitable for those that wish to enjoy a relaxing trip. You can enjoy a good breakfast with fresh breath from the plants outside the window. All parts of the inn were a scene to snap a good photo. Limited parking provided but for us its considered ok because we are not staying there during peak season. The room's cleanliness is considered ok and comfortable. The location is within 5 min walk to the tanah rata town which there is family mart, Starbucks, and many more foods there. It was near to brinchang town also which is 5 - 10 min driving distance depending on the traffic condition. The host also provided 🛵 renting services. Some room are shared toilet and some are private toilet. You can choose depending on ur own preference.

The room floor is super cold. It would be perfect if the host could provide a pair of slippers to guests. Personal hygiene stuff is not provided, so u have to bring ur own personal use. No air-conditioning or fan in the room. U have to open the windows in order to get the air circulation which is a bit lacking in privacy because the staff is doing laundry beside ur room windows.

Simple, calm, nice staff, exactly what I was looking for to rest for a weekend in Cameron Highlands. Best point: the location. It's very quiet, but it's only 2 min of walking to the center of Tanah Rata, where there are several good restaurants and bars. It's also very easy to reach the beginning of trails from there.

I could barely reach the wifi from my room, but it seems that connexion is something hard to find in the whole region anyway, so it's okay.

Great place. Except for next door tenant. Kids so loud banging doors and stuff. Running like hell inside. So annoying. Folks dont read the rules on the wall or their just plain dumbass. Tenant from Kelantan. U guys so rude not thinking bout others try to get comfort and sleep next door..

good location, walking distance from main shop area. room just ok. good info from counter for tours, hikings trails and places to go. hot drinking water is available.

just a bit noise from corridor and other room. bathroom hot water is slow during early morning. bathroom and toilet is limited, may need to wait turn to use. limited parking space.
