Playa Guiones is a gorgeous beach and the hotel facilities and access are beautiful, giving a sense of ease and peace of mind. The staff goes above and beyond with service and professionalism, not to mention kindness. Joelle especially 👍 Thank you 🙏 We had everything we needed for comfort and what we didn’t have, we asked for and they did their utmost best to provide. Will definitely stay again if I have the chance!

a kitechette in the room would have been very convenient for us but other than that, nothing

- helpful staff (especially the reception lady) - jungle room with outdoors showers - design and decor - morning coffee and cake - great coffee truck

-the surf school felt a little bit overpriced, classes only with videos for 130$ (not really needed if you know your issues already) when in town a respectable school would charge $80

Breakfast was good. The location was also good.

It would be nice if there was a mini fridge in the room. It would also be nice to have a kettle, in the morning you could grab a tea by the pool at night I had to walk through the restaurant to get them to make me a tea and it cost $3 American. Iam Canadian so it actually Cost me almost $5 for a camomile tea plus the inconvenience and awkwardness.

Everything! Was such a special, quaint place to stay. The staff was so warm, inviting, and helpful throughout my stay. The food in their restaurant was some of the best in town.

My room was a little humid but it was rainy season so I understood.

Very aesthetic, smelled great (I’m going to order the scent for my home), great location by all the best shops in nosara and a short nature walk to the beach. The restaurant was amazing for dinner. Nice yoga studio

Late check in and early check out on low occupation, very basic service level... Lunch menu could be better !

We stayed in room 15, king suite with a sofa bed that was impossible to use… it truly needs to be replaced if , in our last night staff needed to bring a real bed.

Location is amazing, walking distance to many amenities and the beach! Staff was incredibly helpful! Loved the outdoor shower and deck!
