Beautiful property. Very clean. Staff were cleaning common areas including pool every early morning and throughout the day. Beautiful rooms, cleaned thoroughly and any used items from the basket in the bathroom were replaced. Towels available in the reception for the pool area was appreciated. Great location, close to the pyramids and the center of Teotihuacán. Enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay an extra night.

Not all rooms had AC but it was not during hot days so a fan was fine. Rooms are Not handicap accessible. Bedrooms were on the 2nd floor of main building as well as 2nd floor in the villas. We made it work but it was an inconvenience.

I booked 3 rooms. Two suites with an upstairs/downstairs and one king suite with jacuzzi bathtub. All the rooms were nice, though the beds were very firm. The separate room with couch and tv was really nice. The room with attached bathroom and jacuzzi tub was excellent. Location was very near the Teotihuacan pyramids which was excellent for us.

The restaurant was expensive and low quality items. The beds were hard/firm. No a/c unit in the jacuzzi suite.

Best way to see the Teotihuacan pyramids- clean, good on site restaurant, secure parking, king beds in some rooms, smart TV, jorge the manager helped us get to Mexico City, can arrange a driver for your excursions. Taxi to pyramids or 5 minutes drive. We were able to arrive at 11 AM and go straight to our room before going to the pyramids- pool is pretty and clean. Jorge is the best reason to stay but all staff were helpful-, we used google translate to help communicate.

No other restaurants in walking distance- its on a busy road but away from the noise. Taxis take a few minutes to come ask before you are ready to go

Lots of space in the room, beautiful pool and great location.

No a/c in the rooms, but it does get chilly at night, so all you have to do is open the large patio doors to cool the room.

The pool area was beautiful. The songs of the various birds were very lovely and enjoyable. The staff was very kind to us. The staff was very attentive. The staff was very good.

The music in the pool area was very loud. The music in the pool area was only available from one musical stylization. It was unusual to have to pay for extra bottles of water,

Everything was exceptional. The food at their restaurant was absolutely delicious! Too bad we only tried it once for breakfast the day of our departure.

Large rooms, massive patio balcony with well maintained flowers, friendly staff (Especially reception ) who were always willing to help with booking taxis, giving advise and generally being very helpful especially as I do not speak Spanish so had to communicate via a translation app!

No aircon. Although close to Pyramids you still needed to take a 5-10 minute taxis drive as not easily walkable as gate 1 currently closed so have to go to main entrance

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We initially didn’t like our room so they moved us to a much nicer room with no hassle and no extra charge. The manager then found us at breakfast to check we were happy and comfortable. Great service.

Why in the reception nobody is speaking english? No 1 word, nothing. In a turistic place like this need to comunicate with the hotel. The girls spend hours to do nothing in the reception in low season, why they cannot learn something????? They understand absolutely nothing!
