My stay at Hotel y Temazcal I Teotihuacan was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming hospitality of the host, Jose, set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that perfectly complements the rich history of the surrounding area. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and tastefully decorated—every detail designed to make guests feel at home. The in-house temazcal experience is a must-try! It’s a unique cultural and therapeutic ritual that added so much depth to my visit. The location is ideal, just a short distance from the Teotihuacan pyramids. Plus, the local food scene nearby is phenomenal. The tacos, sopas, and other delights within walking distance are an absolute treat! I can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you’re visiting Teotihuacan, staying here is an experience in itself—Jose and his team truly make it special. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

There was nothing to dislike—everything was absolutely perfect! From the warm hospitality to the beautiful surroundings, every detail exceeded my expectations. Truly an incredible experience!

It is very quiet and comfortable. Staff is very effective, helpful and friendly. Even did a few arrands for me. Has a large grassy patio surrounded by lots of trees. Very close to the "Aztec" pyramids in Teotihaucan and to many good restaurant. Also its location is safe and not noisy.

No on-site restaurant, but they do have a large dining room in which to eat delivered meals. That's about my only real complaint. Also, there are no out-call room phones, nor is there one in the lobby.

That it was near the Hot Air Balloon site and was fairly inexpensive.

Isolated, no late night restaurants to frequent.

everything, the personnal was great, the space is hue, you can go to Las pirmideas by walk...But it is too comfortable so you want to stay in bed...

Stuff was very friendly and helpfull. Good location, walkable distance till pyramids. Good sleep in a quiet location. Beautiful garden. Lot of parking.

Sewerage in a bathroom, its flooding. Shower pressure was very poor. Breakfast for the asked price isn't adecuate.
