The staff! Omg! They were amazing! We came in from Missouri, to visit some family. The staff were so friendly to us, to the point it made us feel at home. The Manners Of Each Of The Employees Were Outstanding. We had an issue with booking.com. I reached out to the hotel and Autum stepped right in to help. I mean even reached out to her manager on her day off. The manager didn’t care though, she was there to help and make our stay rememberable. I mean from the moment we arrived at check in, we could tell Autumn was as friendly on the phone as meeting her in person, being so welcoming and sweet. The next morning after check in, we had the pleasure of meeting the manager (Megan) as we were walking out, she said Good morning to us and was just so friendly and kind. We also met one of the staff members (Nichelle) which was also super friendly and always had a smile on her face, everytime we seen her. She greeted us everytime she seen us in the hallway or at the front desk. As our stay went on, all the staff kept asking us if we needed anything? How are stay was? Just unbelievable customer service. I would stay here again and again. I will be recommending people to stay here! They are GREAT!!!!!! I had such a beautiful experience coming to Michigan for the first time after family moved away, and being treated beyond kind and loved. They made us feel like family and that’s beyond anything a customer could ask for!!!!! Thank you Woodsprings for your customer service, your commitment to your guest and for being such an amazing place to stay. Staff like you make the world a better place!

The room is awesome, everthing is clean and fresh. I liked the kitchen space once the market is across the street and you dont need to spend a fortune to simple supplies.

Unfortunately, my flight to Detroit was delayed 4 hours and I arrived to check-in very late (1-2am). The entrance was closed with all the lights out (OK, fine) but there is a phone to call when nobody is in the lobby. After 1-2 minutes waiting, a very stressed guy showed up with pyjamas screaming to yourself words that I could not understand (English is not my native language). Clearly he didn't like to having me and I didn't fell welcome. Honestly, I felt a little afraid. My first impression was terrible.

The hotel is newer. The hotel is clean. The staff is amazing. The facilities staff is constantly cleaning the commom areas. The front desk staff is also amazing and they are constantly concerned that your stay is great. The room was spacious for me, my wife and my son. The fridge is full size, dishwasher full size, microwave is huge, the induction 2 burner stove is good, the tv is large and new and everything was clean and the way anyone would want it. The only negative is the long term guests. They act like they are in charge of the hotel and they constantly make complaints against short stay guest. They complain about noise all the time, when they are actually the problem. The walls and floors are not as sound supressing as most hotels so there is a little bit of noise at times but nothing a normal hotel guest should complain about. Location is also good for fast food or groceries. Again, I want to commend the staff. They are Wonderful!

The long term guests constantly complain about the short term guests.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The rooms were very clean. The hotel provided clean towels and linens at my request. I am already planning to rebook with them next year. Overall it is what my family need, especially having a kitchenette in the room (full size fridge).

The only things we didn't like was the traffic in the area. Highway 96/ and surrounding roads had construction. This made it difficult to leave on occasion during rush hour times. Also, it seemed like the hotel had limited amounts of pillows. Each bed only came with 2 pillows. But the front desk staff provided me more when requested, with no problem.

The hotel and room was very clean. I also liked that there was alot of space to put your belongings.

I did not like that the lobby closes at 6pm on the weekends. I also did not like that they have the bare minimum of things in the room, we only had 2 pillows per bed, only 3 towels ( there was 2 of us staying 3 nights) no hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, tissues. They should also have dishes, silverware, and pots/pans in the room since there is a kitchen. What's the since of having a kitchen if you don't supply those things. I'm not paying extra for something that should be supplied!

The room was very nice. Location was easy to get to. Security was good--you had to use your room key to get into the building. I appreciated the almost full-size refrigerator and all of the open space for clothes, etc.

The no breakfast was a surprise, but doable. What I was really shocked about was the no coffee in the lobby OR EVEN no coffee pot in the room.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Nichelle was so kind and polite and was working her butt off the girl at the front desk was so kind I did not get her name but she was working her butt off also helping get rooms cleaned and doing the desk they may have been short staffed but these two ladies did not miss a beat our stay was on 5/3

No coffee pot

Very spacious room with ample storage space. Efficient stove kitchen top for light cooking. Location convenient next to Meijer, Biggby coffee, other restaurants and there’s 24 hour McDonalds. Great for extended stay. Convenient laundry room on the first floor.

Room cleaning service only available every two weeks. However new towels are provided upon requests. Staff are very friendly and happy to hand new towels and tissues at the front desk.

The staff was very friendly and responded to questions and requests promptly. Everyday, they cleaned and mopped the floors

I was surprised that it did not have a coffee pot or hairdryer in the room. I asked for them and they provided. The supplies were sparse but I guess I am not use to an extended stay hotel.
