The location was excellent. Hardly a minute from the bus platforms. The staff also was very polite and took hardly a couple of minutes to check-in. Recommended for those having short stays at the terminus. You should have a good sleep if you are not bothered by a little chatter around you.

The capsules were not sound proof. You can easily hear what people around you are talking. For someone looking to have a good night rest, this can be a big problem. Also, since there's much higher movement and noise levels in the day time, may not be that great an idea to stay during the day.

Convenient and great value for money.

- The sound isolation is poor. The family in the next room is very noisy. - The fragrance from the air freshener is too much.

Easy to access, staff is helpful. Arrived at 2am and had some issues with my booking but staff handle it well. The capsule condition is okay, not super clean but acceptable.

Bed, is clean. The night staff super friendly. The light of sleep mode really makes me comfortable. Overall are fine. I should repeat to book this capsule again.

At that time I went, the wallet storage box is not functioning. It said low battery. I hope it's fixed now. No surau. Since TBS surau has exclusive time to open.

I like the design of the cubic, enough just for one person, and its cool too!
