Great location, lovely clean apartment, very modern, big rooftop swimming pool, decent breakfast, excellent area for food & shopping and the HOHO bus is just across the road for sightseeing. Do try the amazing Famous Amos cookies, found on the lower level of most shopping malls. Do eat local food but beware, check what the sauce is before eating it.

The beds are rock hard and could do with a soft mattress topper and the pillows are ridiculously soft feather pillows. We had to use the couch cushions for extra support. There is no poolside service at all, you need to take your own snacks and drinks if you wish to spend a couple of hot humid afternoons there, safety precautions are poor and glass rail around pool should be much taller. Download the “Grab” app for cheaper taxi services and food delivery, the airport is 65kms away and charges twice as much as a Grab Taxi

Perfect Location close to all Shopping Malls in Bukit Bintang. Very spacious, clean, modern, everything you need and more. Excellent Facilities. Excellent Staff. Special mention to Margaret at Front Check in. There was a small problem when checked in but she went over and above to help resolve this and exceeded my expectations. She was excellent. Also Manager Farah very nice and helpful and always has a smile on her face and nothing is too big her to help with. Would definitely recomend staying here and would rebook again. Thank you

The accommodation is amazing and central. Well maintained and new. I really had a problem with the staff flexibility (Male staff). They were professional and had all the right, but they were too rigid. For example: - I arrived a little bit earlier than usual with my infant, they sent me off and asked me to go back once it is time for check in. I later found out that there was a seating area at the roof where guests sit and wait for their rooms to be ready. - I happened to book two consecutive nights separately, but the guy during check in literally asked me to get back the next day for check in again!!! Thanks God the female staff at the evening helped me out and did my check in for me. I initially booked from another website for 4 nights, but my flight was changed on the arrival date and I ended up loosing 3 out of 4 nights, it is again understandable that I wanted to shift the dates and the hotel didn't accept, but I asked at least for one night to be shifted and still this request was rejected. - Another case was the breakfast, I ordered eggs 5 minutes before the end of the breakfast timings, and was told that it is not possible to get eggs. The waitress had to enter the kitchen 3 times to only give us normal eggs, not even omlete. Also if you reach in the last 30 minutes, they normally don't refill the breakfast items and you would end up having limited choices. The female reciptionist were quite helpful and sweet.

The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of Asian and Western dishes to choose from. Our room was large with a separate living and dining area. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the washer/dryer as we had been travelling for over five weeks. The view was not good as we faced directly onto another building at a close proximity. Felt we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did an excellent job.

We were a bit confused when the name on the tv screen welcomed someone else other than us. Were we given a room someone else did not want??

Nice and clean. The staffs were really friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like is the house keeping never give spare roll of toilet paper even though the roll is half used so we have to ring up and ask all the time.

2-bedroom suite - rooms were very clean with nice modern decor. clean water filter also available in room. - TV available in the 2 bedrooms and living room. so kids can watch cartoon in living room while adults can watch their own show selections in respective bedrooms. - loved the ease of having a kitchenette, washer & dryer in the room. especially useful when travelling with a big family. - excellent location in the heart of Bukit Bintang. walking distance to Berjaya Times Square, Pavilion. Sungei Wang just across the road.

- room price a little steep. but the convenience of the hotel location + washer & dryer in room makes up for it. - 3 power sockets were not working. they were located near the kitchen counter and near the tv. so happened we tried to use the kettle and iron using those 3 power sockets. we thought both the kettle and iron were faulty. but it turned out to be the power sockets. - rooms not entirely sound proof. we can hear base noise coming from what sounds like a nightclub at night.

The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way and provided a most excellent base for exploring Kuala Lumpur with our family. The rooftop pool was larger than expected, clean and with an amazing view of the skyscrapers. The flat itself was generously proportioned, with everything we needed to be comfortable, with impressive water pressure in the shower. The location was impeccable, a short walk to the major malls and public transport connections with lots of good restaurants in and nearby the hotel. The staff were always helpful, going out of their way to meet our requests. The lifts were never crowded and other facilities excellent.

Small maintenance issues and the wifi signal could have been stronger throughout the flat (not just the livingroom), but nothing that was really disappointing or irritating.

I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. During check-in, there was only one staff member attending to all the guests, which took some time, but she did an excellent job. The facilities, location, and the apartment itself were perfect for our stay and appeared brand new. Additionally, the "Balmain" brand bath amenities (lotion, conditioner, shampoo, and shower gel) were a pleasant surprise. The dryer in the apartment was very useful since we were on a trip through four countries, and the kitchen was modern and looked great.

Overall there is nothing to complain except when we reach hotel there was no door man or anyone to attend to us to carry the luggage from the car, it took some time for them to realize that some was arrived at the gate. Anyway they carried all our luggage in trolley once realized. Even though there were 4-5 counters at the lobby at the time of arrival there were only one staff to attend to us.

Central location was a short walk to places like the Pavillion, Petronas Twin Towers and other tourist attractions. If you like the hop-on-hop-off bus, the main stop is located opposite the hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was thoughtfully appointed with quality and comfortable fittings - the washer/dryer is a bonus! Travelled with two teens and the space was ample for them to hang out, spread out and chill out. Main bedroom has a great view of the city, it is spacious and comfortable. We didn't include the breakfast option when we booked as we knew there were plenty of food options near the hotel. There is flexibility to 'walk in' and the greeter was very welcoming and helpful - price is very reasonable. The food is a great variety of western and local foods which was delicious and great quality which we enjoyed. The lounge area is spacious and comfortable with a pool table, fuss ball and other things that kept my teens entertained - great view too! There is also a gym which has the right equipment for a holiday work out. We used the swimming pool every day and it was a welcome relief from the heat and humidity. It is a rooftop pool with great views of the city. It is clean and safe with a pool attendant who was helpful and friendly ready to hand us towels - great service! The staff were all very friendly and helpful even the security guards outside the hotel who helped us safely navigate the traffic - much appreciated.

Nothing - would recommend as it is a great place to stay!

Everything from location, choice of breakfast, modern feel and look. Its really comfy and clean. I love it. My next choice of stay when driving up to KL!

Staffs are not hospitable and not helpful, which is OK considering maybe high season for tourists but still.... Valet is shared with Parkroyal Collection which I found that its inconvenient to keep walking to that side just to inform the valet, back to my point up that staffs are not that helpful.
