I loved the paint job and the way the room was setup it wasn’t too spacious it felt just right and as soon as you walk in it felt very welcoming to those who serve for the navy.

We had a centipede in our room and it gave us the creeps. Breakfast isn’t much variety it was only muffins and cereal but ig I can’t complain but it was only from 6:30-9:30 and on a vacation I’d sleep in till 9 and didn’t have time for breakfast at the hotel but the location was so close to diners and a dunkin so I still had a chance to get breakfast.

The hotel was very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and the cleaning staff were such great people. Always took care of what we needed, and sheets were changed each time we asked. We stayed 4 nights and they made our stay very comfortable.

The location wasn't the best, I was worried at first, but not once during our stay were there any issues. I was disappointed that it was not a pool or hot tub to relax in, but that's not always a necessity, just a perk. As a handicap there was no elevator, so that was an issue, but the staff made sure we had a room on the 1st floor.

Very good value for a last minute booking. Well kept, clean rooms with great staff. Stayed for three nights and every day rooms were cleaned up and restocked with basic items like every hotel should be. Really liked the refrigerators, although a bit old they are of good size to store larger items if you have kids and plans to stay for a few days.

The dry breakfast could use an upgrade and the corridors look a bit tired and dated but it’s clean and smells good.

The breakfast was good with hot coffee, my morning go to. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. The room was very clean and beautiful.

There wasn't anything not to like, wish that after remodeling that they would have remembered to put the Coffey maker, microwave back in the room. Handy cap bars in bathroom weren't replaced, over all it was great. They have no handy cap parking.

Close to the Navy Base. Easy to get to the base. Clean, quiet and staff was very accommodating. Coffee i the morning was FABULOUS!

Sharing the parking lot with the DMV during business hours was a little difficult but that was no fault of the hotels.

Close to the Naval Graduation, the restaurant right across the hotel, the restaurant is Gojos cafe and pancake house and they give you a 10% discount cause you stay at Howards Johnson. The food was good, great service.. Also at Howard Johnson made sure your graduates are very welcome!!!

Nothing to say it was great for the price.

Everything was very clean, honestly for the price I was expecting less quality but I was very pleasantly surprised, everything was very well kept. The bathroom and shower was tiles which was a pleasant surprise and the AC was already running and ready for me. The staff was very friendly and on top of keeping the main lobby looking clean and welcoming as well

The bed felt a little on the cheap side but overall still comfortable. Noise travels easy, for example there were some loud guests in the hallways and it came through into my room crystal clear

This location Was awesome. Went there for my son Navy graduation. It was close to everything about 20 minutes to base. They have shuttle service which made it easier shopping and food was all around so that’s a plus the property was a little older hotel well cleaned little cramped in the room, but overall comfortable

The bathroom sink being on the outside of the bathroom was a little confining,not having enough space in the bathroom to change when you have other guests along with you,

No blankets in the room. Front desk couldn’t get one and the bed had sheets only so had to go to Walmart and buy a blanket to stay warm.

The location. Hard to get into the hotel from the road.

It was comfortable and convenient to get to the Navy recruit facility quickly.

The property is older, no elevator so keep in mind you have to carry your luggage upstairs if you are on the second floor. Sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot and people tapping on windows after dark made us feel a little uncomfortable.
