Once we got to the room it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The french door could be opened to the cathedral square which was lovely. When it was closed the room was quiet. Great location. Restaurants and grocery store around the corner. Cute Camino shop across the street.

The check in process was awful. No entry code was sent. We were tired from walking the Camino all day. Someone let us into the building to sit while I called the service number. The agent said the room wasn’t ready and she would send a code. Finally talked with the nice cleaning lady and she called the agent. If the company would send the entrance code, then let people relax in the lobby while waiting for the room it would improve the quality of the experience.

Location…. Wonderful….. But next to most wonderful church,….which when is close ……young group of happy teenagers will spend time on stairs…parting. Happy noise …but if you like to sleep….echoes will forbidden.

The place is run by ,,codes,, entry. Computer in lobby to register yourself ,scan passport,pay etc erc. Very modern and very frustrating….specially when you do not have your perhaps confirmation nr/ handy./ How good for even economy of Spain will be to hired one operator/ mean HUMAN/ I was walking Camino rd and loose around two hours of my relaxing time just to get the card key. When get to the room to have my blessing shower…….the shower gel container was totally empty ,partly broke…. Nobody to ask….

Location modernity coffee machine nearness to cafes and bars and right in the old part of town

No parking and no obvious warning that you cannot park outside the rooms/near. No signs to tell you it is “residence only” parking resulted in us receiving a hefty fine. Nearby parking is quite a distance with luggage and not easy to find. Owner/manager should include this warning in initial info blurb.

Estella Rooms was a perfect place for our group as we were walking the Camino. The rooms are lovely and we had beautiful views of the church. It is close to shopping and resturants.

The auto check-in can be a bit tricky. I was able to input information for our rooms the day before our arrival which helped speed up the process. But what was really great was a staff person was there and did the check-in for me. Much appreciated.

Very nice rooms. The size, the view and the illumination are nice.

There is no reception desk. There is a machine. At first the machine did not give us the keys so we had to call to the phone number indicated, but it was difficult. After that we got the keys, but those keys did not open the room door, so we had to call again and it was very difficult to communicate with the person in charge.

Location was good. Room comfortable and clean. Great location in town centre,

The automated access was a little stressful and as our room was not ready it rejected our check-in over an hour or so. until we found the cleaner and she could sort the room and then inform the computer that we could check-in. Otherwise it worked fine.

Clean. Good location. Easy (auto) check-in. Ability to dine at the ground floor.

No clear instructions on parking possibilities. Be careful with the restricted area for cars in front of apartment. As it was getting warmer in the summer, the van in the room was a little insufficient. Airco would make the room even more pleasant.

I was on the first floor and all noise from the lobby echoed into my room which I had booked for two nights for a rest day from the Camino. Every other guests coming and going, luggage drop, coffee purchase felt like it was in my room. A door between the lobby and the first floor rooms would help

Comfy beds, clean, great location!

The self check-in was fine, however they were slow to respond to our email when we asked to stay another night- and we couldn’t call the number. However Adil- the house keeper there helped us out a lot and called for us and cleaned our next room right away so we could easily transfer to the new room.

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. I liked to Auto check in. I had a small issue with trying to pay but someone remotely could see this happening and rang me to sort it out. On the Camino trail so ideal for that.
