After walking for the last three days and arriving here with horrendous pain on my feet, with blisters, etc. Sylvia and her mother right away were on top of it trying to make me comfortable and relaxed. One of the staff - brought me a glass of water immediately (I appreciated very much as it was so hot). Sylvia went out of her way to serve me the most delicious vegetarian meal since I arrived in Saint Jean Pied de Port. The food was simply delicious, loads of variety, colours, textures and flavours. Sylvia organised for a taxi to pick me up to take me to the centre to buy new shoes. I simply couldn't walk any farther. She was very attentive to all of my needs and informative about all of my questions. I highly recommend them. I'm glad to have stayed outside the centre, as I was looking for a quiet place and Casa Azcona didn't disappoint.

This hotel was ideal for us starting the Camino ! We stayed two nights and enjoyed Pamplona which was so quick to travel to via the 15 bus! Sylvie was an amazing hostess and helped us with every detail. Great food and small bar for snacks and drinks. The room was comfortable with a huge bed , excellent facilities! So easy to walk on a path to Zizur minor and continue on the Comino !

Everything was perfect

We liked the secure parkiing, and the fact that it wasn't too far away from the motorway. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed. Interesting local wines in the bar Ideal stopover for a night or two.

When we are travelling we like to "early to bed, early to rise". Unfortunately the breakfast and evening meal times didn't fit in with our schedule, so we didn't have a chance to eat at the hotel.

I loved the coziness of the place, the attention to details of the staff and the roof window we had in our room giving a special sense of cabin atmosphere. I’d definitely would come back in the future when visiting Pamplona Me encantó, Gracias!

We were travelling with 2 big bags because we come from far, we’d rather have a bit more space to move in the room with our things ;).

One of the best Hotel in this City......

We speak very little Spanish or Basque and the staff other than the manageress speak very little English but they are all patient and spend time to help customers. The room was large and ideal, good views from our window. Bar snacks we plentiful and enjoyable. A wonderful stop off point when driving to The Costas.

We enjoyed returning to this small hotel for the first time post Covid and can think of nothing we didn’t like. We will visit again on our next trip to Spain.
