Clean room, comfortable bed with nice linen. Decent size shower room, clean and functional with nice quality shower gel provided. Two free bottles of water also supplied free of charge. Centrally located and walking distance to some bars, restaurants and shops. Parking also available outside hotel at a cost of €4 for 24 hours. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was my fault for not reading that there was no air conditioning in the room, just a ceiling fan so unfortunately due to the very high temperature of 35 during the day we had a sticky night and not a good sleep. Again not a criticism of the hotel but although they provide breakfast they don’t have a restaurant for evening meals.

The hotel is a college dorm that has been turned into a hotel. So the building and facilities are not new but still very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, clean and nicely dressed. The bathroom was clean with a blow dryer and magnifying mirror and toiletries provided. There was a large armoire to hold my personal items. I was on the third floor and had a lovely view of the city. The windows open so I could cool down my room. I am walking the Camino so I took advantage of the washer and dryer and there was a very nice breakfast available for a fee. Finally, it was only a mile from the downtown area. It was heaven for this pilgrim.

Although the exterior doesn't give an impression of a hotel, the rooms and the breakfast justify the decision to stay there. The room was big enough to accommodate three people. Easy to find. Parking in front of the building. Walking distance from the centre. Breakfast was really good- so many things to choose from:)

There was no ramp at the entrance, only stairs- not easy if you have big luggage. We also missed a couple of more sockets in the room (you cannot charge the phone and have the bed side light on at the same time)

+ Comfortable bed + Wonderful breakfast, must try!!!! Not only the food, but also the sitting area + Plenty of amenities, even a shaving kit + Very clean + The parking for the motorcycle was half of the car (8,5€)

- Although we didn't need it, there was no air-conditioning. - The parking didn't have a direct lift connection to the hotel - A bit overpriced, but we went during San Fermin festival, so maybe that was the reason.

The room was neat and clean, and it had everything that was needed. The building has a dining room available as well as a kitchen with microwaves where food can be heated. There is also a water fountain available. The staff was extremely helpful. Parking is available in the surrounding area and in front of the building. It is free from 8 PM to 8:30 AM (during other times, 9.5 hours = 4.40 EUR).

The room was too hot and stuffy (I don't know how anyone can survive there when it's above 35 degrees outside – during our stay it was 25 degrees).

We liked the room, size was fine, beds very comfortable, location was fine. Breakfast was gorgeous and very reasonable.

Our room was like a sauna The water from the shower soaked the floor no matter what we did. We ended up using so many towels to dry it. No tea or coffee in the room which would be my number one complaint Noise all night from the street, music playing on night

Check in with staff was great. The room and bathroom were spacious and location was good, with supermarket just around the corner. Shower was great too! Even though is not in the old center, the value of the room was good and I would stay here again if back in Pamplona.

No TV in the room and walls were a bit thin. I could hear someone snoring in a different room one night.

Location is OK. 25 minute walk into the centre. Bus stop is nearby. Was able to leave luggage after checking out which was useful. Courtesy water was great too.

Didn't have breakfast as 15 euros is expensive. No blinds so the room was hot during the afternoon.

It was close but not too close to the Festival of San Fermin. We could see the nightly fireworks from our room.

There was no air conditioning and we had to keep the windows open at night. So it was loud with people up all night from the festival and street noise.

Location (15 minutes to get to the old town by walking)

I expected parking under the hotel which is why I chose the hotel as I was travelling by motorcycle. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case as parking is in another location.
