I can't say much about the facilities at the hotel, but I can rejoice in the kindness of the staff. I had severely hurt my knees on the Camino and could barely walk and certainly couldn't leave my room. Once the staff realised my dilemma they couldn't have been kinder, bringing food to my room and ice for my knees. Guilia (Julia) was a gem, checking on me each day and when I could painfully hobble to a nearby pharmacy she insisted on accompanying me. If you have the unfortunate experience of being unwell on your own abroad I couldn't recommend a better place to end up. The breakfast was huge (saved bits for the day) and they catered for me as a vegetarian. I am very grateful for their help and thoughtfulness at a difficult time for me.

Location couldn't have been better. Room quality A++ (slightly small but perfectly formed!). It was on the busiest street but the room was triple-glazed and absolutely no outside noise penetrated whatsoever.

The choice at breakfast was very limited. No orange juice (only peach - about the only fruit I don't like!). Only a couple of pastries and some fairly sad-looking ham and bread. It wasn't bad as such, just not quite up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. Not a big deal overall though.

Close to major points, such as the bullring, the bus station and old town. Room is small and the most troule for me is the door lock, not easy to open the door. Thanks so much to the lady Esteller help me to open the door. Room is small , bed is small. As request a quiet room, it did it. Thanks.

The door lock needs some maintenance work. A kettle for making tea is required. Sorry it doesn't .

Simple accommodation but cool and quiet if you get a back room. Parking arrangement with parking castillo well worth taking up! It’s in a crazy busy street, the busiest nighttime spot in Pamplona in fact! Five mins from the parking! Rooms are quiet at the back, extremely basic but offer a good shower. Better Breakfasts include eggs can be found a moments walk outside!!

The rooms are quiet but small. Breakfast was duller than dishwater and tasted about the same. Save your €10 each and walk outside, 2 mins from reception.

Very good location , the hotel is in the old city next to tapas bars , cafés and restaurants.It is well sound-isolated. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that we could leave our luggage at the reception before the check-in.

We could hear talks from the room next to us but fortunately it wasn’t that annoying.

Great location in the centre of Pamplona. Room was spotless and had a small veranda you could see down the busy street ( no traffic, just people drinking in the bars/restaurants) room had double doors to the veranda so once closed you couldn't hear anything from outside which was great. There was a restaurant and bar downstairs and breakfast was option also.

I am on Camino de Santiago #3. I stayed at this great accommodation on my first camino last year. I'm hiking 2 different routes this trip, the Del Norte and Primitivo. In May of this year I hiked Caminho Portugués. Pamplona isn't on .my itinerary, but since I was so happy with this accommodation last year, I decided to use Pamplona as my camino prep location. The fact that I come back, and extmy stay here, says more than anything I could write. Location, great staff, and friendly vibe make this a great stay for me.

The only thing I didn't like was leaving.

I liked the location because it was close to all the action. I went during the festival of San Fermin, so it was very busy, crowded, and noisy(singing, etc). My room, however, was exceptionally quiet. The kitchen was open almost all the time, and staff was helpful.

My shower leaked at the bottom, so there was water on the floor. However, every day the floor was clean and I had fresh towels.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is superb. Calle San Nicolas is very central and lively. They serve nice food, tapas and dinner,.themselves as well. Plus breakfast for 8. And I could just fit my bike in the sidekitchen.

Room bit old and small, you can hear a lot of noise.

Nice, compact hotel in the heart of Pamplona. Fair price, 44€ for 2 plus 12€ for 24 hours of discounted parking, mid March. Note that hotel is in a pedestrian zone so you have to carry your luggage from your dropoff. Parking is 200 meters away in an underground garage. Tiny balcony overlooking the busy way but it gets very quiet after the bars close.

Wifi in our room was too weak to be useful and the staff was largely unconcerned even when I told them I needed it to work. I ended up using my laptop perched on a high stool in the deserted ground floor bar during the night.
